Welcome to Ocean Villa 305! This spectacular 2BR/2BA condo is located Gulf Front in Panama City Beach. Your particular location CANNOT BE BEAT. The parking garage enclosed walkover right outside your door. The sauna and exercise area is steps from your front door. This exclusive complex has high-speed elevators and only 125 total properties. If you did the math, that come out to only 6 units per floor! Enjoy spectacular Gulf views from the balcony, living room, and master bedroom. This unit includes Seasonal Beach Chair Service for the guests. With resort amenities and stunning beachfront views, Ocean Villa 305 is sure to be your vacation home away from home, year after year. Guests staying in this resort will have access to many exciting amenities including 2 swimming pools (outdoor pool & seasonally heated indoor pool), an oversized hot tub, grilling area, and exercise room with sauna and steam room! Each individual unit has approximately 1,200 square feet of interior floor space.

PARKING PASSES & WRIST BANDS
Ocean Villa requires Parking Passes and Wrist Bands for all guests at all times. The price of this reservation includes 2 parking passes and 8 wristbands. Wrist bands MUST remain in the property upon departure or you will be charged $50 per replacement.

STARTER SETS
For your convenience starter sets of mini-toiletries, roll of paper towels, and toilet tissue will be provided. This is not restocked.

TOWELS / LINENS:
Beach Towels NOT provided.
The white towels and linen (and blankets/duvets) provided are not to be taken outside. Please utilize your washer and dryer and advise of any staining immediately. This would be covered under your damage waiver, but we will need to re-stock the home upon your departure.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Family vacation

It was very comfortable. We had a great time.There were 2 things that need to be fixed.There is a leak in the kitchen from the garbage disposal.It looks like the owners probably know it because there was a bucket under the garbage disposal already to catch the leak. Problem was we didn’t realize it until the bucket over flowed in the cabinet and onto the floor. After that we would check it everyday and dump it. The other thing is the living room curtains on the sliding glass door, the right side corner was off of the hooks at the top. It just looked kind of bad, but didn’t affect our stay at all. We had a great stay and would stay there again

Vacation in Paradise

This was one of the nicest vrbos that we have booked.Everything was perfect! Easy parking, convenient beach access, amazing views from the balcony and SO clean! I was very impressed and would 100% book here again!

Great condo

We absolutely loved this location. Ease of access to everything was amazing. Parking was a complete non-issue, we would park on the 3rd floor in the garage and take the bridge to our room and stairs down to the pool. Walmart is 0.6 miles away which is so convenient. Having beach chairs with 2 kids was great. The pools were the perfect temperature and so clean. Anywhere we went was a quick car ride and there are so many great restaraunts very close to the condo. We used to go to Destin, but after staying here and seeing how great the condo and PCB are in general, we plan on making this our new annual summer vacation spot. If available this will be our first choice for booking. We look forward to staying again.

Amazing view. Nice pool. Good location. Comfortable beds. Showers had good pressure. One annoying little thing I will say is the thermostat. The paper of “rules” that was in the room said to keep it set at 70 which was no issue for us. It was when the thermostat kept setting back to 50 by itself and not knowing until we were freezing half to death and having to go and reset it back to 70 every couple hours. That’s obviously not a game changer just annoying. We would definitely stay here again!

Details, details, details!

EVERYTHING about our stay was great! The attention to detail from the welcome package to the well equipped kitchen and phenomenal shower heads….nothing was overlooked. The ease of getting to the third floor condo from the top of the parking garage or the elevator from the parking underneath the building was so easy! The beach was clean, water clear and the added bonus of having two lounge chairs and a commercial umbrella set up for you every day as an extra perk from the host was amazing! Beds were comfortable and blackout curtains were perfect. I could go on and on. We even had a clogged shower drain and maintenance was there within an hour or so to fix it! We will definitely be back!

Great stay

This was a great location for our family of four. We were impressed with how clean the property was kept, and how easy it was to get around to the pools and beach. The elevators were fast, clean and there was never a long wait. The parking garage was in a convenient location, especially for this unit, and never too crowded. The beach area in front was never too full, and the chairs included are super comfortable.

Stunning property

Beds were an absolute dream . Very clean . Parking was very convenient to room and great beach access. Only issue was it seemed to take a while to cool off but it could’ve been lack of knowledge with nest. Also, code was a little hard for me to remember 😂. Will definitely try to come back.

Great stay!

The property is exactly as pictured and is super clean! The kitchen is fully stocked, plenty of towels, washer/dryer, etc. The property has a great view of the beach and is super easy to walk to (no crossing the street- perfect when you have little kids). We loved having access to the umbrella and chair set at the condo, too. This is also next to a public beach entrance. The condo is conveniently located next to the parking deck which made loading and unloading easy. We would stay here again and recommend!

Perfect stay!

The entire property is very well kept and clean. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The unit was very clean and well stocked. The balcony is large and the view is amazing. The crosswalk from the parking deck is very convenient to this unit and parking was never an issue. The central location was great. We will definitely stay again.

Amazing experience at this well kept condo. Beautiful views of the beach and Gulf sunsets from the wonderful large balcony. Very clean unit with comfortable living spaces and well equipped kitchen. Property and all amenities maintained daily. Will definitely return for another stay!

Beautiful View

My husband and i are retired, so we were able to spend a month, which they gave us a discount because of the long stay. Our check in was super easy and everything was clean and tidy. The balcony was large and had nice furniture. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms , not large, but very roomy. We had an issue with the kitchen light going out and they sent someone that day to work on it. It couldn't be fixed so they came the next morning and replaced it. When we checked in there was only 2 pots , 2 pans, and only 1 lid, which wasnt a huge deal to us, but I asked if they could get us an extra pot and pan with lids, the next morning they delivered a whole set of nice pots and pans, comlete with lids. We had a relaxing, enjoyable visit.

Great condo!! We will book again!

This was our second visit to PCB. Our son was playing in the World Series, so we made a vacation out of it. The sky bridge leads to the 3rd floor; parking on the 3rd level of the parking garage, you are steps from the condo! The condo was clean upon arrival, and the beds were very comfortable! I did reach out to property management upon our arrival due to having parking passes which was just an oversight. Still, they responded to my call when I reached out after their closing time, and we had the passes early the following day. We have stayed in many condominium complexes over the years at various beaches, so elevator wait time, etc., is a big deal; we never waited a full 60 seconds to catch an elevator to the ground floor for pool/beach access. The pool area is excellent, and beach access is easy. There are two rental beach chairs included with this rental; it was nice not having to drag as much down to the beach! We took our small beach chairs to sit by the water, but we used the rental chairs/umbrella the most. There is a bakery across the street, which is lovely; full breakfast, lunch, ice cream, gelato, and a decadent variety of baked treats. Walmart is 2 min away for anything you might need while visiting. Our family usually has a grocery delivery scheduled to arrive shortly after we do, and we used Publix, which was very easy. I would highly recommend booking this condo.
