This beautiful condo that sleeps up to 8 has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a bunk alcove with 2 full-size beds (each with a built-in tv! ), and a sleeper sofa with a full-size mattress. It's located on the 8th floor so you'll enjoy incredible ocean views. And the amenities at the Grand Panama Resort make it perfect for a relaxing getaway or fun family vacation.


- A paved walkway for easy access to 650 feet of white sand beach.
- Two resort heated pools with hot tubs, kiddie pool, and picnic grill areas.
- A poolside bar and grill, fitness center, general store, coffee/ice cream shop, and covered parking.
- Conveniently located in central Panama City Beach just down the road from Pier Park and close to great restaurants like FireFly, Saltwater Grill, Pineapple Willy’s, Capt. Andersons, and Triple J’s Steakhouse.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Christmas stay

Took a quick break after Christmas to PCB. Condo was great and the host communication was great. Condo was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay great. Would definately rent this condo again.

This condo was the perfect beach getaway for our family of 6! It was immaculate, perfectly decorated, and stocked with everything we needed to make our stay cozy and comfortable. WOW! This was the best VRBO experience we have had. The condo exceeded our expectations. It was extremely clean and well decorated and furnished. The resort was well maintained and staffed. The condo was beautiful and had a home like feel. It was perfect for our stay. The location from the parking garage to the room was convenient. The pools were amazing. Such an Amazing Condo!!

Just WOW! This property and this room were simply amazing. We have stayed in many properties in the area and this one blew us away. Cleanest Room we have seen, all of the Decor was very nice. Kitchen had absolutely everything and more, and our Daughters absolutely loved the bunk beds! Owners are awesome and very easy to communicate with. Will book again in the future!

Family vacation

We had a great time visiting PCB and staying in this condo. The condo was well maintained, clean and nicely furnished. Wife and I loved the mattress in master bedroom…firm, but not hard as a board. Kitchen was furnished with all things we needed to make breakfast and lunch meals with one exception…the knives were pretty dull. Otherwise everything was great! We didn’t really need to communicate much with the host as all info was provided ahead of time, but when we did we got a reply right away. I’d recommend and stay there again!

Great family vacation

Owners were very prompt on replies for two minor concerns. Unit is very nice and love the shade the balcony provided. Only negative was the bedrooms did not cool off well and the fan provided didn’t help along with master mattress slumps in the middle. The decor is beautiful and kitchen fully equipped. Would definitely book this unit again!

Clean condo with all the amenities.

This was the cleanest location we ever stayed at. Kids loved the bunks with the TVs. Beds were comfortable, smelled really clean, no musty smells. Great view of the beach

Most beautiful place I’ve ever rented!

The condo in PCB is just like the photos. It’s clean, updated, and beautifully decorated. We were surprised at how well stocked the kitchen was! Any item you need is there - blender, Keurig, air fryer, etc. The master bed was so incredibly comfortable and the bathrooms had nice big bathtubs. Neica is responsive and friendly. We loved every single thing and can’t wait to go back.
