We stayed at this Rosemary condo for 5 days and absolutely loved every minute! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, the farmers market, and fantastic restaurants for date nights. My wife and I enjoyed every moment, and the best part was how much our kids loved it too! In fact, they wished we could move in next week. The condo was comfortable, convenient, and had everything we needed for a great family vacation. Highly recommended!

Great College Family Spring Break 2025

We had a great time at Ocean's Six. The condo was amazing, and you couldn't ask for a better location in Rosemary Beach! The property management team was very helpful and wanted to make sure everything was perfect. We would definitely stay at this property again. Thanks for helping make our vacation great.

Amazing condo in great location!

We LOVED our stay in Rosemary. The absolute best location, super cute condo that was very well stocked. They were extremely communicative by text and answered every question we had quickly. We will for sure be staying here again.

Great Condo and Great Location

My wife and I went in for a three day weekend and had a great time. The unit is very clean, very comfy and amply supplies. I love the location, as it’s convenient to many great restaurants, shops and coffee shops. It’s maybe a five minute walk to the beach. Good parking and easy in every way. I will return again.

Beautiful town and wonderful condo

Located in the heart of Rosemary Beach and walking distance to everything except golf (but great golf is a 30 minute drive). Unit is spacious and modern with wonderful kitchen, large beds and each room with a master bath. Parking in the building is a big plus. Quick walk to the most beautiful beach you will find in the US (be sure to rent chairs at the beach in advance and bring your own beach towels). Sand is like white sugar. Nice bikes provided. Everything about the property and the town is safe and casual. Highly recommend!

Great location, very quiet, not perfect but what is?

Overall, a nice stay in Rosemary. We have stayed in Rosemary Beach 7 or 8 times at all times of year. We've stayed in homes, condos & carriage houses. Ocean's Six is a condo, north of 30A in downtown RB, facing the main green on the town square. It faces east, on 2nd floor. We'll start with not-so-great parts. First, although our stay was two weeks, we were never given a beach chair code which you need to reserve beach chairs/umbrellas/bonfires at the beach. Mgmt company said owner did not give them the updated code. Staying at the beach, kind of a big deal, I'd suggest. Second, and this may not apply to many, since we stayed over Christmas, we had packages sent to the property and followed instructions given by property management. Zero of the 4 packages made it to our unit. Three of the packages, eventually, were discovered in the Rosemary Beach Real Estate office on 1st floor (unrelated to property mgmt co for our rental). RB Real Estate came close to sending packages back since we weren't registered guests w/their company. 1 of 4 packages was returned to sender. If we had do-over, definitely no packages. We've delivered packages successfully in the past, even when staying in a condo. The master bedroom bed was horrible. It was lumpy, deformed & provided no support whatsoever. Not a big deal for a long weekend, but for a two-week stay, it really stunk. Time for a new bed. Guest room bed was fine. Furniture and decor was okay. Really odd set-up in the family room with a high-backed, high-armed love-seat as the main seating. We were able to shift some furniture around to make it work on the 3-4 rainy days we had. The good. Compared to the condos in the "back" of Rosemary Beach (on the St. Augustine Green) and even compared to carriage homes, this property was EXTREMELY quiet. The building must have been built with a much higher quality than the other condos in town. We very rarely heard any other guests even though the basement underground parking was full. Very nice! Very spacious unit, felt bigger than described. Lots of pots/pans/utensils for all types of cooking/baking. All appliances were high-end and functional, even an ice-maker. Obviously, great location - 5 minute walk to the beach, less than that to shops/restaurants. Nice to have private garage parking as well. Definitely bring trash bags, shampoo, soap, dish & laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper. Although they supply "some" of that, it's limited & poor quality.

Great property and great location

My wife and I took our 16 year old son and a friend for the week. The property was perfect for the four of us. The location is great for both adults and kids. Close to everything. We would definitely recommend it to our family and friends.

Girls trip

We have been going to Rosemary for the past 14 years. We loved this unit for several reasons. It was super clean, a very large 2 bedroom 2 bath, it was decorated beautifully, great location, underground parking (having a designated parking place in Rosemary is HUGE), and great communication with the 30a team. We would definitely stay here again!

Great spot in Rosemary Beach

The condo was a great spot for our family during our beach weekend in Rosemary Beach. Comfy beds and all the kitchen items needed. The ice maker did need the filter replaced and it would go a long way to supply a bottle of dish soap under the counter. The indoor pool was also closed for maintenance the whole time we were there and that would have been nice to know since the weather was rainy most of the weekend.

Lovely Stay!

We loved staying in the heart of all at Rosemary Beach. The condo was perfect for our needs. Very well-stocked kitchen, comfie beds, elegant master and bath. The only trouble spot was all the codes, locks, elevator codes, building codes, passes, so many things to keep up with. I understand it's all part of a secure environment, but it felt a bit overwhelming to keep it all straight when you are trying to relax on vacation. It would be nice if it could be streamlined. Overall amazing place to stay and enjoy!

We had a wonderful time. We were there for a month during COVID. The change of scenery and weather were just what we needed. The location was fabulous and the apartment just as described and on Sunday just a block from a wonderful farmers market.

Beautiful Location, Great Property, Spacious

I’m writing this review for the benefit of other VRBO/Home Away-ers; for the Management company; but mostly for the property owner, whoever he/she is, as I doubt they get to the property very frequently to see how it’s being managed. First, this is a wonderful property, in a fantastic location, and would be very comfortable for two couples or a family of four, as long as they wouldn’t mind sharing very comfortable King size beds in both bedrooms. We were a family of three adults, and it was perfect. The location on Barrett Square can’t be beat - it was too cold to people-watch, and COVID has shuttered some of the businesses and restaurants, but Barrett Square is still a great location, and an easy walk to the beach, pool or any restaurant or facility in Rosemary Beach proper. Two heated outdoor pools are nearby, plus the indoor pool. The outdoor pools are kept to a very nice temperature, even for winter swimming. There was literally steam coming off the surface of the water in the pool, and the pool access is an included amenity. The upkeep of the property by the management company needs improvement, which is perhaps important info for the Owner to know, and correct. It’s like no one checks into what’s working and what’s not working - they clean it and check that there are exactly two dishwasher pods, and two rolls of TP per bathroom, and soap for every sink snd shower, but not whether all the lights are working. We had 5-6 burned out bulbs - three in the dining room fixture alone, plus several others. And while the lights are all equipped with dimmers, many of the bulbs themselves appear to be non-dimmable, so the benefit of the dimmers is lost. One of the range burners didn’t light (bad sparker) and another burner had a gas leak somewhere between the control knob and the burner, so it lit and burned, but with a strong smell of gas. The “clear ice” ice maker, which is a very nice upscale touch, was displaying a needs cleaning light - a routine required process with these machines (I have one myself). There was very little stemware (no flutes), for a property with a dedicated wine refrigerator - hard to understand. And finally, there was a grand total of one teaspoon - c’mon, man! All things a manager of an RB property should be on top of. I advised the property manager of all of these issues, so I would expect them to get addressed promptly, but these things should have been known and already addressed as part of the mgm’t service, IMO.

Great location and lots of space

The condo was exactly as pictured. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are all very spacious. It didn’t feel run down like some rentals do. We didn’t cook besides breakfast and a pizza, but the kitchen seemed to be well stocked. The Viking stove definitely perks up a frozen pizza. We liked the location because you can walk everywhere in Rosemary and the beach is close. The balcony was small, but there is room to sit outside. It was chilly so we did not use it anyways. The check in was a little difficult because they have keys and not a keypad and I did not get the code to get the keys before I got there, but they got it to me within about 30 min. The code to the outside access to the building never worked, so we had to go through the garage and up the elevator every time. It was fine, but would be easier to access without doing all that. The bikes are a nice to have. The condo was very nice and the rental property was friendly.

Beautiful apartment

Beautifully appointed, spacious apartment. I loved that it was centrally located in the town square with easy access to restaurants and shops and a short walk to the beach. Communication via text with the manager was easy and effortless. I will come for another stay!
