PRIVATE BEACH/POOL ACCESS 1 Minute Walk to the beach-Stunning!!

The All Seasons Collection 30A is pleased to introduce the Nageotte Cottage to our distinctive collection of homes all exclusively located in the town of Rosemary Beach with private beach/pool access.. This stunning one of a kind three story home located on the boardwalk and a one minute walk to the private beach and town center will certainly enhance any gathering of family and friends and comfortably sleeps 12 guests.
The expansive open floor plan combines living, dining and Kitchen. This area offers an array of windows allowing natural sunlight to fill the room. The first floor open family area features a several culinary amenities 6 burner gas stove, dual ovens and plenty of counter space. An added bonus is the multi shelf pantry closet. The dining space central to all activity can accommodate seating for ten guests and the kitchen counter area can seat 5.
The living area featuring newly purchased designer style furniture and seating for everyone in your group to relax and enjoy great conversation and laughter. There is a queen bedroom with adjoining bath, larger laundry room, and half bath on this floor.Three of the 4 bedrooms located on the second floor feature king beds with private baths and outdoor balcony seating two with ocean view .
If you are a family that wants space for everyone the third floor of this home is amazing. A larger seating area, kitchenette, table and chair seating, larger screen TV, the most spectacular feature of all is the outside balcony with a beautiful ocean view. The other side of the area features 2 bunks 4 beds and a full bath with walk-in shower, Note this area is considered the 5th bedroom as it has a separate sleeping area and private bath.

Nice family vacay

Great location. Can walk everywhere but enjoyed biking around as well. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 4 kids. Kids really enjoyed the bunk beds upstairs. Kitchen well stocked. Would highly recommend.

Excellent Property & Location

We rented this home in Rosemary Beach for the week to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday. Lots of room for to spread out, a very short walk to the beach and a bedroom/bathroom on the first floor were some things we were looking for and this place was perfect. It was only a 5 minute walk to the center of town with shops and restaurants. The home is gorgeous and the amenities were great. Highly recommend!

Perfect stay!

Our favorite house in all of our trips to Rosemary Beach! Great location, and a beautiful property that is perfectly maintained and the layout is ideal for a family. The kitchen is so well stocked and equipped, that it makes cooking a breeze. Simply can’t say enough about this place!! Also, feel the host is the best in the area!!

Favorite stay on 30A!

My family and I had the absolute best stay at this home. We’ve stayed in homes all along 30A over the years and this was by far our favorite. The proximity to the beach, pool and all that Rosemary Beach has to offer made our stay so enjoyable- great for families with little ones or elders. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed, was spacious and very comfortable. We absolutely plan to come back to this Rosemary Beach gem time and time again!

Another Delightful Stay

We rented through VRBO/Cheryl Moodie last year and had an excellent experience, this year was just the same! The location of this property is ideal! Right around the corner from Barrett Square and steps from the beach. The set up was perfect for our family and another family we traveled with! So many bed/room set ups to choose from & everyone just had the best time. The house was stocked with everything you could need. Cheryl was easy to communicate with, we will definitely be back again next year! Thanks again for all the memories made this trip!

We go to this area every year for Thanksgiving and enjoyed the location of this home, the space, and the layout. We had 6 adults and 6 small kids and the space divided up well! Very clean and kitchen very well-stocked with what we needed!

Wedding Weekend

This was a great house for our family get together. There were 9 adults, the layout of the home was great, the location was perfect, and just as described. Cheryl was so accommodating when I asked if we might be able to check in a little early since several of us were working remotely, and we were flying in from all over. I would highly recommend this house and company.

Beautiful home, perfect location

This home was perfect! Two grandparents, two parents and two children with room for more! Location was ideal. East walk to town, pools and beach. Especially loved the rooftop terrace for sunset happy hours with a view of the ocean. Would absolutely stay here again!

A wonderful family retreat!

The home is perfect for a large family. Baths and half baths throughout the home along with a great bedroom layout. Property manager was incredibly responsive and the home was the cleanest rental we’ve ever rented. Perfect location to the beach and town. Kitchen was stocked with every needed utensil, pots, baking dishes.

Perfect House

We just got home from spending 2 weeks at this home in Rosemary, and we were thrilled. The home was beautiful, well appointed, and perfectly clean. Property manager was lovely to deal with. We had no issues during our stay, but she still took time to check in, and remind us to visit the farmers market. Location of the home was second to none, 4 houses from the beach (huge bonus with a 6 month old), and a 2-3 minute walk to Main Street. We have stayed at quite a few houses in Rosemary, we usually switch houses year to year…but this is the one we will come back to next year, and for as long as the owners allow us.
