Perfect for families, The Blue Pearl is a beautiful little gem in a quaint/quiet neighborhood on the west end of Panama City Beach. It's an easy walk to Public beach access 89, 90, 91 or 92.
Located perfectly for enjoying the best of everything! We are equally close to all of the shopping, dining and fun of PCB, Pier Park & Rosemary Beach/30A! Better yet, it's ALSO a truly peaceful place within a stress-free stroll to the BEAUTIFUL, (unrestricted,) white sand beach and GOERGEOUS gulf waters.

A craftsman-style bungalow with high-end finishes throughout including marble & tile floors, granite countertops and stainless appliances. Beautiful coastal decor and high-quality linens are the perfect complement to create an inviting and comfortable stay. The bedrooms each have TVs, ceiling fans, large closets, dressers and blackout shades for sleeping in or afternoon naps!

Primary: King bed, dual granite vanities, dual shower heads in walk-in marble shower with teak seat, walk-in closet.

Guest bedroom 1: Queen bed, dressing table, French-door closet, luggage rack

Guest bedroom 2: Full XL/Queen bunk bed, French-door closet, luggage rack

Queen sleeper in great room.

Outside boasts a beautiful private/heated pool and covered patio with seating. We also have a patio/pergola area with outdoor dining/seating.

A gas grill is available for guest use.

Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are available for guest use.

Everything was exactly as described and shown in pictures. The host communicated during the entire process and responded quickly to messages. The house was beautiful and we felt at home the entire time. Would recommend to anyone looking for a clean, modern beach house.

A True Gem!

Our recent stay at the Blue Pearl was nothing short of amazing! Jocelyn was exceptional at communicating and being right on any need. May I say this home is absolutely beautiful and stunning! The private pool was a huge highlight—it made every day more fun and enjoyable for all of us. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to everything we needed, from restaurants to shops and attractions.The house itself was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, making it feel like a true home away from home. Clean and thoughtfully designed, it exceeded all of our expectations. We truly can’t rave about this place enough and are already looking forward to returning. We made such special memories here and would love to share this gem with so many more. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Experience!

Jocelyn covers everything you need for your stay at the beach! Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, a wagon to lug everything, pool floats for the heated pool and all the amentities, even down to spices!! She also had a few books on the shelf which i was able to read during my stay which was a plus as i forgot to bring one! The little kitchen nook area was a perfect spot to do just that while enjoying my morning coffee...talk about relaxing...its the little things! The home is within walking distance to the beach. A quiet neighborhood, centrally located to stores, shops, restaurants and neighboring towns like Rosemary Beach. The beds were very comfortable and the lay out is perfect. While there were only 2 of us...this is definitely a great family getaway with plenty of space. Wouldnt hesitate to book again. Joselyn was just a message away (or phone call) and answered any questions i had promptly. neighboring towns.

Enjoyable Stay

The home is cozy and the patio area is the perfect place to soak in the sun and enjoy the heated pool. The beds are very comfortable with plenty of pillows and the softest bedding. There is plenty of towels and the kitchen has everything you need. Jocelyn was wonderful about replying to messages right away and making sure your stay is relaxing and enjoyable.

Family Vacation

We come to Florida every year and this has been our favorite house rental. Clean with everything we needed. Even laundry detergent which we had to buy ourselves in previous years. It's the little things! We all really enjoyed having the pool for days we couldn't get in the ocean. It's a very short walk to the beach and this area of the beach was never too busy to find a good spot. Jocelyn was easy to get in contact with and made sure we were taken care of. We have dealt with many rental Hosts and she was by far our favorite. We will definitely rent again!

Beautiful house

Was exactly like described. Would stay again for sure. Close to the Beach, Publix and restaurants. Nice and slow paced but just a short drive to the faster paced area if you have teens.

Great place to stay!!!

It was so refreshing walking into this house and seeing how clean and accommodating it was. The house is about 2 blocks from the beach and is an easy walk. There are plenty of beach items readily available in the garage so no need to pack chairs, umbrellas or sand toys. Plenty of beach towels also available for the stay so that was a really nice convenience. The beds were SUPER comfortable and I have to say that I meant to look at the brand of the pillows so that I could find them to buy for my own home. The pool is a little smaller than it looks in the pictures BUT plenty big enough for our group of 6. Jocelyn was great in communicating and super responsive. There were a few expected maintenance items that were completed while we were there but, this did not impact our stay at all. The location of the home is in a really great area with no major hotels and is all primarily homes and townhouses which was nice because the traffic was not as bad as it was in Panama City. I would recommend this home for all types of groups.

Relaxing

When I first started looking for a place to stay in PCB I knew I didn’t want to be right in the heart of the action, but still a convenient drive to restaurants and attractions. This property fit that bill perfectly! From the minute we walked in we were welcomed with a clean, organized home. The beds were very comfortable. The pool and patio space were a pleasant addition to an already fabulous house. We did have an issue with the garage door, which was quickly rectified by Jocelyn. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and Jocelyn was a great host. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing beach rental.

Wonderful house, wonderful host, wonderful stay!

Our family so enjoyed our stay in Jocelyn's adorable home. The home was clean and comfortable for our family. Our kids LOVED the pool and we spent a ton of time in the backyard enjoying it. The house had everything you might need and then some including plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas. The walk to the beach was incredibly easy as was the access to the beach, and this area of Panama City was quiet and not overly crowded at all. To top it off, Jocelyn was an incredibly gracious and responsive host. We can't wait to stay there next Spring Break!!

Family Vacation

This was a wonderful place for a family vacation. We had a toddler so the one level floor plan was great for her. We all loved the pool. Great kitchen if you like to cook. Short walk to the beach in uncongested west Panama City. I highly recommend it. Thanks, Jocelyn, for a wonderful vacation.

Our favorite beach house!

We loved staying here! The house is beautiful, and it was just a short walk to the beach. There are plenty of beach towels and beach chairs, we didn't even need to use ours at all. There were also bikes and beach/pool toys which was a nice surprise! We had an issue with the pool while we were there, and the owner was FANTASTIC about getting the issue taken care of as soon as possible, and communicating with us/keeping us in the loop with updates. We had a fantastic vacation and would 100% come back to stay here again!

We had a great family vacation thanks to this beautiful vacation home. Had some troubles with the pool heating at first, and the owners were in contact immediately with us trying to talk us through the process of getting it going again, which was unsuccessful, but had their pool techs there the very next morning and had it all taken care of! Absolutely wonderful experience, and wonderful people! We will be going back!
