PENTHOUSE VIEWS, WESTFACING UNIT BREATHTAKING SUNSETS

Prepare to LOOSE YOUR BREATHE when you see the view for the first time! Gulf Crest is a luxury condo, boasting the most expansive view in PCB. A wrap around balcony allows you to walk around the entire west end of the building, with your own entrance from each bedroom. A split floor plan features a master with king bed on the beach side, with an ensuite bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a queen bed, with these two bedrooms sharing a bath.
A massive 14ft bar area in the kitchen overlooks the emerald water as you enjoy cooking or cocktails by the sea. Everything you could possibly need is in the kitchen, including a small beverage refrigerator.
Gulf Crest is a gated gulf front community with private access codes to enter and leave the property. You have one covered, assigned parking spot and extra parking on the top floor, if needed. The property is beautifully landscaped, has 3 high-speed elevators, 2 large pools, kiddie pool, and 2 hot tubs. Enjoy the TIKI bar that serves food and beverages while accessing the poolside wireless internet, as you chill by the pool.
Gulf Crest also has a gazebo and three grills, overlooking the ocean.
You are walking distance to several restaurants, Pineapple Willie's, Hammerhead Fred's and Hershey's Ice Cream, to name few. This is a smaller complex, with 140 units, so you won't have to fight for beach space or elevators-making your vakay a more relaxing and enjoyable experience!

Lovely!

Dale provided his personal phone number and is so pleasant and easy to communicate with. We even arrived a bit early and were able to checkin after calling him to see if the place was ready! The penthouse is absolutely beautiful, spotless, had all the starter necessities we needed like soaps, detergent pods, toilet paper etc. The view is to die for and the wrap around balcony has sooooo much space and furniture for lounging. There was an issue with the condo doing winter maintenance and the pool and hot tub area was closed. Since it was winter, it really put a kink in our original plans. Dale was so kind and receptive to make it right with us. Even though it wasn’t his fault and he wasn’t made aware of the issue by the condo. He even recommended other places to rent, contact info and has personal knowledge of the entire area. So my only advice is to call the condo ahead of time to ensure all amenities are available for your party to use. We will 100% rent the top floor, corner penthouse in the future and highly recommend if you’re considering this unit, don’t hesitate. It’s well worth it!!

The most amazing condo in PCB

Honestly we have been coming to PCB for over 30 years and this has been our favorite condo to rent. The owners were wonderful and attentive. The condo had everything you could ever need. The beds were super comfortable. Its so spacious and spotless. I cant even begin to describe the gorgeous views of the beach from the huge wrap around porch. You will not be disappointed!!!

Beautiful Unit!!

I cannot express how much we enjoyed this unit! The wrap around windows of the unit and the balcony were so nice! We found the unit very clean and stocked with everything we needed for the entire week, we didn’t have to buy anything. The beds in every room were very comfortable no complaints at all!! The bunks were also extremely comfortable and big enough for 2 of our 21 year old boys! Dale and Julie were easily reachable and were super friendly. The elevators within the condo were very quick and we never had to wait. The pools, hot tubs and grounds were well kept and we had no issues with parking for our second vehicle. Overall exceptional experience and will definitely return again to gulf crest. I liked that it was located on further down the strip away from pier park, as it was so crowded on the beaches towards that area. Thanks dale and Julie for a great vacay!

Absolutely gorgeous…perfect stay!!!

From beginning to end the process was so easy. The owners Julie and Dale are the perfect host. Breathtaking views from every room. And the location was awesome, close enough to walk to dinner, coffe shop, shopping and more.
