Tutto ristrutturato ... non abbiamo badato a spese! Amerai il nostro GULF FRONT 1 camera da letto / 2 bagni condominio a Pelican Walk in PCB con una splendida vista sul Golfo / Oceano! Il nostro condominio ha tutto il necessario per le vostre vacanze al mare ... Compreso il servizio di sdraio e ombrelloni gratuiti. Abbiamo un letto matrimoniale nel master con un divano letto in salotto. Bagno padronale ha una doccia piastrellata personalizzata e il bagno # 2 ha anche una doccia. Cucina completa e zona pranzo, lavasciuga, e un balcone di dimensioni molto bella!

Pelican Walk è una proprietà curata in modo impeccabile, con due piscine frontali con golfo, vasca idromassaggio, campi da tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard e una Club Room recentemente rinnovata, con tavolo da biliardo e TV HD a schermo piatto. Adiacente al ClubRoom è una cucina completa e sala da pranzo, con posti a sedere tavolo per 24. Posto perfetto per le famiglie da raccogliere!

Loves the view

It was a very nice property. I loved that they include a free umbrella and chairs. The couch is dips a lot and could be replaced but other than that the place was wonderful. We will be back.

We loved the view and the location. There was loud construction near and neighbors were very loud in addition. The TV in the bedroom was TINY, too small to view from the bed; neither TV had the ability to connect to wifi. We went out and purchased a Roku box because there were several rainy days during our stay. The bathroom shower off the hall is not large enough for an adult over 5' to comfortably shower. The shower head was old and rusty and not handheld witch would have helped. The mattress on the pull out couch needs to be replaced. Some simple things like not having a pot holder was a challenge; one slot of the toaster did not eject; tissue paper stand is rusty as well as shower caddy which came off on skin and washcloths; lots of dishes were put away dirty so each item has to be inspected and/or washed prior to eating; entry door needs to be replaced or at least weather stripping put on there was a whistle of wind continually and lastly the overhead fan in living room did not work at all. I hope this is helpful. I do want to say we enjoyed our stay and had some nice family bonding time. Thank you, Connie

The condo units kitchen, living room and deck were very nice. The two bathrooms and bedroom were outdated and in poor condition, most of the dresser drawers were broken, bedding was old, walls and baseboards were banged up, the guest bathroom shower door was missing and replaced with a basic show curtain. Would rent again at the Pelican Walk but not this condo.

Wonderful vacation at Pelican Walk

Our stay was fantastic. The facility was beautiful and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The office was very helpful, as were the maintenance men. All in all, it was terrific and very enjoyable. Just to mention, I cannot give the facility the credit for the wonderful view of the gulf. Thank you. We will stay again.
