First off all. I’d say overall this was a great hotel and experience. My wife and I brought our 5 year old down from AL for her first trip to the beach. It started off rough. Our room wasn’t ready, and wasn’t ready for hours. However, I simply spoke with the GM Glen, who was very gracious and understanding and he not only gave us an upgrade, but gave us two days free and a discount on our room. The room was fantastic, the beach was lovely and the pools are fantastic. They were out of some minor amenities, but that’s to be expected a few days after spring breakers came storming through. The point is, it was a good hotel. If you ever have issues with your hotel or stay, just talk with your management without maki by a scene. You’d be surprised at how they’re willing to help out.
