Pelican Walk 402 is a PET FRIENDLY condo right on the beach! FREE Beach Chair & Umbrella service (March through October) are included as a THANK YOU for Booking Pelican Walk 402! Unit 402 is a 1 bedroom - 2 bathroom Gulf front condo that sleeps up to four guests. It is located on the 4th floor overlooking the east pool and the Gulf's emerald blue-green water!

Pelican Walk is one of the few PET FRIENDLY properties in Panama City Beach! The Pelican Walk Owner Association Pet Policy allows up to TWO (2) dogs per condo and each dog must weigh 20 lbs or less. The Pelican Walk HOA charges a Pet Fee of $150 per pet.

Upon arrival, you will immediately be drawn to the private balcony, where breathtaking views of the Gulf are on full display. The balcony looks out over the east side pool straight to the sugar white sand and turquoise water! There is a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room area. Both bathrooms have custom tile showers and granite counter vanities. There is also a full kitchen, dining area that seats 4, and a full size washer and dryer in the condo. Pelican Walk 402 has everything you need for a relaxing BEACH vacation!

Pelican Walk is located on the East end of PCB on Thomas Drive. Staying at Pelican Walk you will be close to all that PCB has to , ice cream, shopping, arcades, amusements park, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf, go Kart tracks, Shell Island Shuttles, and so much more! All with in a 2 mile radius. Guests staying at Pelican Walk have access to numerous resort amenities: private beach access, two (2) swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, tennis & Pickleball courts, racquetball, shuffleboard, pool table, grill areas, and more!

Unique to Pelican Walk is the dedicated staff located on-site that are more than happy to assist you and your family in having a fun, relaxing, and memorable BEACH VACATION in Panama City Beach, FL!

The way this property is built, depending on where your unit is located, the views of the beach are limited. The unit we occupied, we were only able to see the sun rise from the balcony.There are 2 pools, which were cleaned daily. However, the heated pool is apparently controlled by the homeowners association, and they elected not to heat. We had cooler weather and a heated pool would have been appreciated.The designated outdoor pet area was nice, however, many pet owners didn’t elect to pick up their dog waste, so when in that area, you have to be on the constant lookout for dog poop to keep from stepping in it. The unit itself is in serious need of updating. The vertical blinds in the den are missing most of the slats, which made it impossible for any privacy. The ceiling fan only works in one direction and needs to be replaced. The sleeper sofa is badly stained and isn’t comfortable to watch tv. One of the chairs was stained as well. The stove in the kitchen had 2 inoperable eyes. The master shower leaks and has a bad odor. The bedroom window treatment allows light to shine through, it’s so bad you don’t need a night light to navigate to the bathroom. It’s evident the owners don’t read their reviews or just don’t care. When reading past reviews the same issues we found, were left from years ago and haven’t been addressed. In summary, I can see why this unit hasn’t been rented much; it’s in dire need of an update and some TLC.

The location to the beach was wonderful, and the condo was pretty outside. We did have some issues with things working properly such as tv, dryer and the last night there, right before we left, the shower wouldn’t work properly (water kept shooting from the shower head pipe) instead of the shower head. They did come fix the dryer but the Master bedroom tv never worked.

Bedroom covers were soiled. We washed them ourselves. The couch that my son slept on stinks (probably becaused its cloth material). Overall not a bad experience. We still enjoyed our vacation.

Great week at the beach!

Overall we enjoyed our stay! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The balcony light seemed to be blown/not working but we enjoy the balcony at night without lights anyway! There was a smell that came out of master shower, not sure if from water or the drain. It did get better the longer the water ran in shower. Loved the beach chairs that came with unit! We would book again!

Our Favorite Condo 2nd stay

We stayed in the largest unit during Covid with more people and it was beautiful. My husband wanted to try to be more in the crowd of people so we tried a few different condos closer to Pier Park and one house for a few years. We brought our pups this time and it was perfect for the 2 adults and 1 child. We love the parking and that is a main reason we like it so much. We have had issues with parking for years. This is definitely our spot from now on. We always go for the 4th, a family tradition started years ago. The dogs are not allowed on the beach but they have a dog area for potty breaks and they are allowed on the park at Pier Park and a few more spots. Our favorite crepe place is right across the street which was another plus.

Relaxing at the Beach

very relaxing stay on the Beach with a Great & relaxing view. Very clean upon arrival and property managers were great to work with and very communicative. Unit privacy could improve as the patio blinds still missing slats. A small table would be nice to add to patio for games and small meals.

Nice but needs fixings

The location was nice and the condo had a nice layout but, for the price you pay, a few things really need to be looked into. The non refundable pet deposit needs to be used to either clean the rug in living room or get a new one….smells like pee and poop really bad!! Someone needs to instruct the cleaning crew on how to clean…stove, it’s filthy and some eyes don’t work. There is an inch of dust everywhere and showers are disgusting! The ceiling fan in master bedroom does not work and sometimes starts to run slowly..seems like electrical issue, dangerous. Lastly, the blinds don’t close at all in family room. Just fyi…there is a Krups coffee maker, regular coffee maker, toaster and blow dryers ….. that’s it. The beach was beautiful and the grounds where nicely taken care of. Grill worked great and tennis courts and shuffleboard was nice to have.

Perfect for a couple

Very relaxing getaway at nice condo, perfect for a couple! 2 bathrooms (so you don’t have to share, lol). Great location, clean facilities, highly recommend.

Weekend getaway

Good extended weekend getaway Thursday-Monday with our 2 dogs. Great location in PCB on Thomas Drive. Nice complex with a small dog area. Good stay overall in the unit. It was clean and accommodating with good appliances and a washer/dryer. Only complaint was construction in the unit above us was extremely loud upon our arrival Thursday afternoon and woke us up Friday morning at 730. It rattled the entire condo as it seemed they were demo-ing their existing tile flooring. Obviously not much you can do but it was an inconvenience with our dogs for a couple days as we couldn’t stand being in the condo while they were working. Saturday and Sunday were fine.

Cozy & Comfortable

Beautiful Property but had a few minor issues. Mid way through vacation there was a problem with a water leak in main bathroom but Maintenance was made aware and stated that it would be repaired promptly once a part was ordered. As for the laundry room... We had a time drying our clothes... Even when 2 items at a time where placed in dryer! Lastly, please have the cleaning service do a better job with sweeping and mopping the entire unit...the floors in each room desperately needs it! Overall, We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very cozy, there were plenty of appliances and things needed for the kitchen including a wine opener. The main bedrooms’ bed was soooo comfy 👍🏽🙂 Thank You for sharing your beautiful property!

Balcony view was a little disappointing. Didn't realize you couldn't see up the beach to get sunsets. Condo was not clean. Sand all over the floors and furniture. The furniture felt wet and gritty. Vaccuum in closet doesn't pick up because I was going to try and clean the furniture. I ended up drapping a sheet over the furniture to sit on. Sand all on floors. Bed sheet in master bedroom had sand in the bed. Bed pillow dog had urinated on and had not been washed. I removed the decorative pillow covers and washed them. Master bath toliet needs new flapper, the toliet runs off and on all night. Also the toliet seat is broke . Kitchen light has a short and flickers. My husband cleaned the brooms as they all were filled with dirt and hair. Big Roaches we killed outside front door as we were going inside. We didn't see any in the condo. Just outside the front door and on the balcony.
