Pet Policy:
• Dogs only
• Maximum of 2 dogs permitted
• Maximum weight: 25 lbs per dog
• Non-refundable pet fee: $225 + tax per dog

HOA Registration Requirements:
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, the Grand Panama HOA requires advance pet registration prior to arrival. A pet license and identification sleeve/tag will be issued and must be worn by your dog while on the property.

Important: Guests must provide current vaccination records as part of the HOA registration process. We strongly recommend obtaining these records from your veterinarian before traveling, as registration cannot be completed without them. Unfortunately, we have had guests arrive after their veterinarian's office was closed and were unable to provide the required documentation, which delayed or prevented pet registration.

House Rules:

Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and remain on-site throughout the stay
No college, spring break, or party groups
No smoking, vaping, or illicit drug use inside the condo
Guests must comply with all resort and HOA rules
