House is great. Enough space and rooms for a family/friends getaway. Kitchen has everything you need to cook/prep/serve. Located very close to Main St, grocery stores, restaurants, and the beach. Very large master bathroom and master suite view is great. Stay here while you can before the ocean views get obstructed!

The property was just as advertised. Plenty of room for our group, walking distance to the beach. The only complaint we had was more with the cleaning company that the property management service uses. They did not do a very good job cleaning the place before we got there. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets, trash and things under the furniture, etc. Overall we loved our stay. The property management service was very attentive and at no time were they unavailable. 9/10 would recommend again.

Fall at Inlet Beach

Beautiful property easy walking distance to the beach. Close to all the excitement of 30A, but in a more peaceful setting with less traffic and congestion. Fall is a wonderful time to visit the beach as sunny days without all the crowds, and perfect temperatures.

Amazing Trip

The house was amazing! Just as described. The pool was conveniently located. A short walk to the beach access! Pet friendly makes every vacation better! The neighbors were friendly. I will be recommending to others - for sure!

Beautiful house

We loved the house and its amenities, the only thing I thought was that the basement is a little hot and that's why we had to use the fan to sleep and that we didn't have an umbrella to take to the beach. Apart from that everything else was excellent.

Wonderful view, pool, and close to beach!

Overall we loved the house! It had great views and was close to the beach. The private pool was amazing as our kids spent a lot of time in it during times when we wanted a break from the beach. The communication with the property manager was lacking. There was no response for 2 months through the app. When we accessed another number to talk to the group, it improved. Great time. Poor communication needs to be improved to enhance satisfaction.

Great Location, but beware of nosey neighbor who will watch you…..creepy

We just stayed at the property for Spring Break, April 2025. It was moms and sons/daughters. The location was great, pool was great, but we had a terrible experience with a neighbor, an older lady that came into the property while we were not there. She thought we had checked out and she came onto the back deck to spy on the house. She called the management office and tried to lie about many things. She even approached us thinking we were the new people checking in. I spoke with Anna at 30 A Excludives and cleared all the lies up that this lady was saying. I Also reported that this neighbor came on the property while our teenage daughters were sleeping to look into the windows- while we were eating at the Donut Hole. This neighbor also has a bunch of outdoor cats that roam everywhere, and get all over your vehicles, and come up to the house and pool area. I would never stay here again due to this neighbor.. We are not loud, nor caused any issues that would warrant behavior that this lady showed.
