The neighbor do own roosters and noise can occasionally be heard from the house. Please be respectful and do not attempt to interact with the animals for yours and their safety.

We attempt to ensure propane in the grill but it is not guaranteed.

BEACH TOWELS/EQUIPMENT:
We offer a limited supply amount of beach towels and beach equipment. We highly recommend bringing your own beach essentials. All beach items borrowed from the house are expected to be returned at the end of your stay.

We enjoyed the stay the beach access 12 was a close walk to the beach. Very clean and the place had everything for kitchen and bathrooms and the beach. The pool is perfect for little kiddos and the fence being fenced in is perfect as well! Favorite part of the stay was our alarm clock 😁😁🐓 overall we would stay here again!

Do NOT "sleep" on this property! It is 10/10 for sure! We will definitely book again when we are able to come back to PCB! Christopher answered all of my questions prior to arrival and his info was sent quickly and all very helpful. The location is great for walking to the beach (we did this several times) , walking our dogs, and also for biking to several places. We brought our own bikes from home, but they do have beach cruisers available for biking. The back yard was great for our dogs. It is totally fenced in, and we spent lots of time outside letting our pups run and play. I hope dog owners will keep this place nice and pick up their poop etc for years to come. The house itself is amazing! Im not sure who decorated, but I would love for them to decorate my home. The furniture quality is really good. The living room furniture is so comfy and beds are as well. It looks just like the listing photos The coffee maker utilizes pods or grounds for a multi serve pot. I brought coffee pods and the creamer that we like but they did have sweeter and ground coffee available. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need. We brought things like zip lock bags, cocktail shaker and jigger, tupperware etc, but this house came equipped with ALL of that. Obviously no food is included, but everything you could need in a kitchen is there. The entire poperty is so thoughtfully stocked. I cant say enough great things about this place. Thanks to the host for such a great vacay!
