Posizione, posizione, posizione! Key to Paradise Beach House è a 30 secondi a piedi da "Le spiagge più belle del mondo". È anche a pochi passi da ristoranti e locali notturni. Il nostro confortevole condominio sulla spiaggia con accesso alla spiaggia privata ha anche una griglia all'aperto. La nostra casa è molto pulita e moderna. Ha subito un intero rinnovamento. Abbiamo arredi moderni, una TV a schermo piatto. Il nostro obiettivo è soddisfare i nostri ospiti e farli sentire benvenuti anno dopo anno. Offriamo tutti i comfort di casa mentre vi godete le vacanze ....

Questa sarà l'unica vacanza di cui non smetterai mai di parlare!
Aggiornamento dicembre 2014: nuovi pavimenti, nuovi ripiani in granito, nuovi arredi. L'unità di noleggio più veloce (grazie al miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo) è appena migliorata ei prezzi rimangono invariati. Questa unità si trova in Appalachee Street. Presenta un letto queen-size nella camera da letto principale, un letto a castello full / twin e un letto a castello doppio su due letti singoli. Dispone di TV cucina completamente attrezzata e biancheria. Si trova a 1,5 km da Walmart, Ripleys, Wonderworks e LaVela.

Per comodità, lavatrice e asciugatrice sono state aggiunte nell'unità.

Dopo una giornata trascorsa a giocare in paradiso, sentiti a casa in questo confortevole condominio che può ospitare fino a 7 persone e dispone di una cucina completamente attrezzata. Goditi il barbecue nel cortile sul retro con amici e familiari.

Awesome Place

We just returned from a wonderful 5-night stay at this beautiful townhouse in Panama City Beach, Florida. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how exceptionally clean and well-maintained the unit was. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and we had everything we could possibly need to feel right at home—from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable bedding and beach essentials.The location was perfect for our family, just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shops, yet tucked away.A heartfelt thank you to the property owner for allowing us to create such special memories here. We’re already looking forward to our next stay!

Too many limitations

The laundry room was locked. We couldn't turn the thermostat below 72°. The volume on the TV was locked and we could barely hear it. You're not allowed to cook fish in the apartment. There was no garbage can and had to use the neighbors outside. And the grill outside was disgusting

Anniversary get a way

Great getaway for our Anniversary! Very close to the beach access, and was in a very good area. We enjoyed all the comforts of home. It was so easy to book our stay, and the owner was very responsive to all our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Hostess with the Mostest

This was the perfect spot for our spring girls trip. Rosa is an amazing host and was so quick to respond. The townhouse is located just minutes to the beach and all the great restaurants and shops. Definitely going to stay with her again.

Perfect Home Away From Home

The details of this property were just as described. Checking in was super easy. The property was clean and just a few steps from the beach access. A privately fenced back yard made for the perfect bbq setting. The kitchen had all the needed utensils and lots of room to cook. The water pressure in this place was amazing! Everything about it felt like we were at home.

Great location and beautiful townhouse

This is a beautiful, clean, very spacious, great location townhouse! There is plenty of sleeping space. The beds and pillows are comfortable and soft. Lots of blankets are provided. There is two showers. One is a stand up shower. The other is a shower/tub combo. Towels/wash clothes/all bedding/toiletries/full kitchen/grill/washer/dryer is provided. Its like staying in your own home. TVs and ceiling fans in both rooms and in livingroom. The AC worked great and kept the house cool. The lock box is easy to work. Loved the private fenced in backyard. Enjoyed speaking with Rosa's neighbor. Very nice lady! Nice area, Felt safe.. Loved that it was a 1 min walk to the gorgeous Silver Sand beach in Panama City Beach. Its walking distance to restaurants and shopping. St. Andrew's State Park is a few min drive. Rosa was always available if I had any questions. Will def stay here again! Thank you!

Great location!

My family and I truly enjoyed our time at this property. Although you are not directly on the beach, the walk is about a minute or two. The beach access is also less crowded as it is not directly in the path of the the bigger hotels/condos and their highly populated areas.

Short distance walking to the Beach

We loved staying at this house !!! we were able to walk to the beach in no time, there was plenty of beds for our family of 6, the kitchen was fully equipped, clean. The neighborhood was quiet. The manager Rosa was nice and reachable easily. We definitely recommends this place

Great location. About a min walk to the beach. Very clean, and kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook with. What would make it perfect 🤔🤔if it had pool, kids always like the pool after beach, but other than that it was great.

Nice rental in a quiet area very close to the beach and within minutes of everything

Rental was as described. Very nice and spacious enough for our family of 6. Everything was there that we needed for the week and it was a comfortable stay. Much better than going the hotel route. Quiet neighborhood and we were within a 2 minute walk to the beach, within 5 minutes of all of the major attractions and within 10 minutes of St. Andrews state park. St. Andrews state park was the highlight of our trip. We rented a boat on 2 separate days and went to Shell Island and went snorkeling. We saw quite an array of marine life that we weren't expecting to see. We found starfish, sand dollars, 4 different kinds of crabs, had dolphins swimming next to our boat on both excursions, stingrays and of course the kids enjoyed finding many unique shells. The water around St. Andrews state park and Shell Island was crystal clear and while snorkeling we had good visibility to probably 20 feet. We also saw alligators at Gator Lake within St. Andrews state park. Just be advised that its not like a zoo type site...there is no fence or enclosure and they are free to roam about. The ones we saw though were just hanging out in the water and could care less about visitors. All in all we had a great time and I would definitely recommend to anyone and would look to stay here again if it's available.

Quiet, clean, comfortable and close to beach! Would definitely stay there again!

This property could easily sleep 6-7 people. 1 bedroom has a queen bed while the other bedroom has 4 bunk beds with one being a full size bed on the bottom. Linens were fresh and good quality, and the towels were thick and plentiful. Coffee maker was easy to operate, and the appliances were newer and clean. The upstairs bath has a separate shower/sink separated by a tub/shower and toilet so 2 people could shower at the same time if needed. The water pressure was great, too with plenty of hot water. This beach house was definitely a great find for us and the owner was so pleasant to work with! She had great communication and answered any question I had within a very reasonable time. I traveled with my daughter and we felt very safe in the area! We would definitely go back here! And the beaches are beautiful in this area and more quiet than the beach to the west. We had a wonderful experience!
