Quando solo il meglio farà, Sterling Breeze farà sicuramente piacere. Questo magnifico condominio al 4 ° piano con vista dominante sull'oceano soddisferà anche il viaggiatore più esigente. Questa struttura dispone di 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni completi, e può ospitare comodamente 10 persone.

Completamente rinnovato con nuovissimi aggiornamenti nel marzo 2019.

Questo condominio vive come una nuovissima unità .. Nuova vernice, pavimenti, decorazioni, letti, biancheria da letto, pentole, padelle, elettrodomestici, NUOVISSIMI a febbraio-marzo 2019.

I panorami da questa unità sono ineguagliabili, il 4 ° piano è abbastanza alto da offrire viste incredibili sul golfo e sulla costa, ma abbastanza basso da non essere un problema con chi ha paura delle altezze.

I pavimenti in legno massello LVT nella zona giorno e le ampie finestre bagnano la zona giorno in posti a sedere leggeri e confortevoli per l'intero equipaggio.

C'è un ampio balcone completo che ha anche una griglia a gas, molto raro averli in PCB. Griglia sul tuo balcone !!

Al balcone si accede dalla zona giorno o dalla camera matrimoniale king size con lussuoso bagno interno. La seconda camera ha un letto king size e vista sulla costa dell'oceano, e la terza camera ha 2 letti a castello gemelli e ogni camera ha il proprio bagno. Per dormire extra c'è un divano letto nella tana. 10 posti letto con facilità.

La piscina e le strutture di Sterling Breeze sono fantastiche, dispone di vasca idromassaggio, posti a sedere a bordo piscina, vasca idromassaggio e persino un wine bar a bordo piscina. Il centro fitness è gratuito e il parcheggio è un gioco da ragazzi. Il condominio si trova appena sopra la passerella al 3 ° piano. quindi il check in è un "gioco da ragazzi".

Sterling Breeze si trova a pochi passi da Pier Park, il molo di pesca dello stato e tutto il divertimento che offre PCB.

Great experience!

Beautiful ocean view from the balcony! Easy access to the beach and enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub during the colder December weather. Condo was very clean with a nice layout and plenty of room. Would stay here again!

Great Condo

We enjoyed staying at Sterling Breeze. Our condo was clean, well taken care of and had lots of space. Great location being close to Pier Park. We definitely would stay here again.

Best location in the building. We loved the location and layout

Loved the 4th floor location, walked right across from the parking lot over the crosswalk, and never had to catch the elevator. The pool is was fantastic, met so many great folks there and at the fire pit. Hard to beat the location, right on the beach, no high rises to your east, pier park right across the street and make SURE to check out Dustys oyster bar.. im now addicted!!

Senior Spring break

Sterling breeze is a great location...you have the convenience of Pier Park, but a small time feel in this building. This unit, specifically, is gorgeous, the 4th floor location makes the stairs easily accessible during busy elevator times. Huge condo, beautiful view, we would rent again.

We had a great time at Sterling Breeze. Everyone that worked there was very friendly. We loved the condo. Very tastefully decorated and everything we needed. Love working with Warren Beach rentals. If there are any issues they are quick to respond and fix it. Can't wait for next year.

Just wonderful.

The experience met every expectation we had. Cleanliness is at the top of my list when I stay away from home and this room was as close to spotless as you can get. I also prefer lower floor levels and the fourth floor was a nice level.

Great Place

The property inside was clean and nicely appointed, unfortunately the floor of the balcony was very dirty. To such an extent that it came in on the bottom of your shoes - shame as the appartment is beautifully turned out.

Spring break 2024

We have stayed at Sterling Breeze many times and love the convenience of the location, but less crowded than other larger resorts! With the exception of one elevator wing down and prolonged wait time this year, all was great! 401 was beautiful! It had lots of room and all kitchen accessories needed for the week! We arrived and was able to check in early also!

Great place, good location, low floor no elevator issues

This condo was as advertised, very clean, beautiful view, well-stocked kitchen. It was good to have 3 bathrooms with 6 of us including 4 teens. The only negative was that the bunk bed mattresses were not very comfortable - would be ok for younger kids.

Fun in the Sun

Condo was decorated nicely. Master bed was comfortable. Bathrooms nice and large. Great ocean view. My 17, 20 and 22 year olds slept in the bunks that are more suitable for young children- very noisy and unsteady. Had to call maintenance for two issues but they were very prompt and fixed both concerns well.

Exceeded our expectations

5th visit to PCB but first to Sterling Breeze. Perfect location, clean unit, property and amenities, spacious for a family of 5. TVs in every room. Coffee maker and keurig in kitchen with pots, pans & everything else needed to cook. The bunk beds are an added plus! Convenient to restaurants, less than 1/2 mi to Pier Park, Frank Brown Complex,& much more. It’s right on the beach! Can’t get any closer :)

Spring Break 2023

The condo was perfect for two families of 4 each. The boys had their own bunk room at the far end of the condo which was perfect! Each of the “master” bedrooms had their own bath which worked out well. The cabana service of 2 chairs and an umbrella came in handy as well! Spencer is a cool dude to chat with at the cabana hut! I’d suggest adding a dust pan as we would sweep sand from the floors but had no dust pan so we improvised. I’d also suggest a manual of things for all guests to read such as walking distance to Pier Park, where the trash chute is located, how to obtain a coin for the luggage carts, etc. The biggest issue we had was wait time for the elevators which is what I read in other reviews so I wasn’t shocked. Thankfully being on the 4th floor we took them down quite a bit. Overall this condo was great and made our first trip to PCB amazing!

Perfect for 2 families

We had a very last minute change in reservation due to the pool being out of use in our original booked condo. Warren Beach Rentals went above and beyond to accommodate our group of 8. Because we had 4 kids and 4 adults, we needed the perfect space. 401 was perfect! It was clean, very easy to get to right off the elevator, not too high up. The bunk room was perfect for the 4 kids. There was plenty of seating. We did find it strange there was no hot pads or baking sheet so we purchased some and left them in the condo. The pool and hot tub were very clean, the people taking care of the grounds were very detail oriented and took great pride in their work. The pool was heated perfectly for the weather. We walked to Park Pier a couple of times, all 8 of us. We loved the condo and the location. We were able to watch the New Year's Eve fireworks from our balcony. Beds were comfortable. Pillows weren't amazing so bring your own. Plenty of bath towels for our group. Bathrooms were good size. I would stay there again for sure.
