Spread out and enjoy a stellar view of the ocean from this family-friendly condo. Yes, the beach really is that close! Enjoy the view from your furnished balcony, where it's perfect to enjoy a home-cooked meal from the full kitchen equipped with lots of equipment for when you feel like cooking and wine glasses when you don't. Inside, central air-conditioning will help everyone stay comfortable when you're watching a fun show on the TV. Younger guests will love resting on the twin-over-twin bunk bed. The main bedroom features a luxurious en suite bathroom that includes a standalone shower and soaking tub. As part of your stay, guests can enjoy access to shared pools, a shared hot tub, outdoor shower, gas grill, and fitness room. There's enough to enjoy in this lovely spot by the Gulf!

Check out Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants in a colorful setting, less than one mile away! The Skywheel Panama City Beach offers fantastic views of the Gulf and the surrounding area. Families will love Shipwreck Island Waterpark (just three miles from the condo) with its lazy river, water slides, and designated toddler area. Head just over 11 miles to the east and visit St. Andrews State Park, where guests can explore the pier and hop on a shuttle boat tour. Hop on a ferry to Shell Island - it’s only accessible by boat!

THINGS TO KNOW
Aqua requires all guests to pre-register to receive a parking permit if bringing a vehicle. A registration fee of $50 per parking permit, two vehicle maximum, applies.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice condo but vacasa was horrible

The condo was nice but the broom was broken and other furnature was damaged. We needed to push our reservation out by a few days or reschedule it entirely due to planning errors and sickness but Vacasa simply would not allow us to change our reservation or refund it in any way even though it was literally over christmas eve and christmas day. We wary of using the property management company vacasa.

Would not recommend!

Had to clean the inside immediately upon arrival.. floors were not mopped, shower had lots of hair, so it obviously hadn’t been cleaned, countertop was not cleaned. appliances we’re barely operational. The patio was a complete disaster due to the Massive amounts of bird poop!!! There was a pigeon nested on balcony and several juvenile pigeons. No attempt was made to rectify other than sending some one to sweep balcony! The sweeping would of only made it worse due to the amount of feces!!! They couldn’t help the birds! BUT could of cleaned and made us aware prior to booking or check in.

Exactly what we wanted very much needed getaway

While the condo was in perfect condition it had only one drawback and that was a family of pigeons had a nest on outdoor patio with two baby pigeons that were unable to fly and two adults who took turns laying on their 2 eggs in the nest. So it had a lot of bird droppings on patios area. May need to get those removed and area cleaned for next renters but other than that would definitely stay there again in future it was a very accommodating and within close proximity to pier park.

Unit was in bad need of repair. Master bed was terrible. Frame was broken and bed was very uncomfortable. Multiple cabinets/doors broken. Shade on sliding glass door was broken. Unit was dirty. I would not stay in this unit again.

Room was ok

We arrived to non working remotes for the tv, the bunk room has no light what so ever, the shower curtain in the 2nd bathroom was covered with mold and the fan vent in same bathroom will wake up a neighborhood! New curtain was brought in, customer service had no idea about the remotes..took 3 to work the living room tv..1 for on/off.. 1 for volume and 1 for channels. Vacasa did refund the cleaning fee... But that fan has been an issue for a while from what I'm seeing in reviews. We love Aqua, but I'll make sure to get another room next time.

Family vacation 2021

The booking process was simple, and communication was wonderful. Only two recommendations, the elevators would be the first. Lord have mercy, only two working so the waits were long and the elevators packed. Secondly in the master bedroom just a suggestion would be to have darker window coverings, the current are shear and the sun shines right in, so no sleeping in if desired. It looks like the condo has had some upgrades which look awesome! Even with the two items listed above we would stay again.

Nice condo.

Nice unit. Clean. Just a little rough on some minor maintenance items- nothing critical (vent fan in guest bath sounds like a freight train, towel rack fell off wall). Not a problem but IMO it could use darker curtains in master bedroom like the ones in the living room so you can block the morning light if you want to sleep past sunrise a little :-) Not a problem with the unit but stayed here years ago and only had to pay one service/booking fee. Now you pay a couple hundred dollar service/booking fee to VRBO and also pay Vacasa a couple hundred dollar service/booking fee (to be clear I'm not talking about cleaning fees, taxes, and insurance which I totally understand). Vacasa seems to be managing the process so that service fee makes sense i think but if so what did VRBO do for several hundred dollars besides list the ad? Anyway, it is what it is but at $50 a night just for service/booking fees hotels are starting to look better to me for the next trip.
