The Original Robin's Nest Beach Getaway/5min Walk To The Beach/Snowbirds Welcome

Come get away at Gulf Highlands Resort- only a short 5 minute walk to the beach! This newly painted and beach chic decorated end unit can comfortably accommodate 8 people. The spacious Livingroom/Dining room combo downstairs features a ton of natural light with a eat-in kitchen, center island, and a 1/2 bath. The kitchen is fully stocked for guests to enjoy cooked meals at home. The comfy couch has a queen pull out bed that is located right in front of the cable tv for your family to sit back and enjoy some down time in between going back and forth to the beach. We have a bonus room in the back that has a small futon and could serve as a great hang out space for the kids. This is also where you will find our washer and dryer. Upstairs there are 3 large bedrooms and 1 full bath. The rooms go as following: 1 King bedroom, and 1 Twin bedroom with 2 comfy twin beds that is connected to the third room which is the Queen bedroom. There is access to Wi-Fi and 3 cable TVs. Instead of having to deal with the hassle of slow elevators and crowded parking garages, there are two assigned parking spaces conveniently located in front of the unit . The best part of all is the many amenities the community offers for family fun. There are 11pools (5 heated seasonally), four lighted tennis courts, a playground for the kiddos, putt-putt golf, shuffle board, and a beach club house. Also, we have included necessities for your beach stay- a cooler, wagon, beach chairs, golf clubs for mini golf and shuffle board equipment.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Host are excellent and very accommodating, however listed as sleeps 8 which it would but not enough towels, washcloths, hand towels, dish towels or dish rags.No potatoe or cheese slicer. Found candy rappers and cereal under beds. No mattress pad on queen bed so had to buy one. Don’t know about the middle beds as they were not used. Probably ok for short time rental but not long term.

Great summer spot

The Robin's nest was a neat place that easily accommodated our party of 8. The unit was well appointed with everything a house at the beach needs, including dishwasher fluid and laundry detergent! It had plenty of towels, blankets, and TVs in every room. It was literally 5minutes away from the beach, and in immediate proximity to two nice pools. We loved our home on the sands.

Best beach condo

Very close to the beach, had lots of pools in the community, and had lots of accommodating beach gear for our use! The hosts were awesome and very quick with communication! Definitely recommend their condo!

Our first year of being snowbirds!

Absolutely was the best 6 weeks ever! So much to do in Panama City Beach. A five minute walk to the ocean ,1/2 of mile to Walmart tons of shopping within a mile. We will be back next year! Robin nest was a very nice place to stay and a plus with three bedrooms. The only thing that was missing was a gas grill but we manage a small cookout on the small charcoal grill.

Great location!

Excellent communication with property owners. Check in was easy. Great location. Super close to the beach. Gated community with lots to do. The 3 bedrooms upstairs and bonus room downstairs each had TVs in each one, letting the kids chill and separate and do their own thing in the afternoons and early mornings. Kitchen and living room was big enough for us all to come together and have meals and family time. Parking was right at the door with 2 spaces clearly marked. I love that the unit provided a wagon and beach chairs. Less stuff we had to pack. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. We plan to stay here again!

Beach Getaway

Great place to stay short walk to beach. Plenty of room and very clean everything u need. Only thing i wish it had was curtains up in the one room because it was very warm and bright because sun beamed in. But other than that great. It is close to everything u need. Highly recommended and the owners are great.

Owners were great and made checking in and out easy. They responded quickly and supplied everything you need to have a great vacation for the whole family! We’ve stayed at several different units at this location and this was the best one yet. Great location, cozy and relaxing atmosphere with great neighbors.

Comfortable, clean, and easy beach access. They provide everything you need for the beach so it saves so much room traveling and not needing to pack your own cooler or beach wagon! Quite and safe community.
