“Libbysand” is in a prime location in Seacrest, just off 30A, with quick access to the new Publix and dedicated beach at the end of the street. 30A is an 18 mile stretch from Rosemary Beach to Dune Allen Beach where you can walk, bike or drive to boundless extraordinary restaurants, boutiques, and art galleries. 30A is a renowned art community and acclaimed musicians make 30A their home. This home is located toward the end of a very quiet street with the beach just across 30A and the state park at the end of the cul-de-sac. Imagine mornings at the pool with your coffee, afternoons soaking up sun by the pool and evenings admiring the glow of the sunset. *There is a welcoming 4 seat conversation area between the living area and kitchen, where you can keep an eye on everything.

*The primary first floor suite features a king bed, an adjacent sitting area with a queen sofa sleeper, and an en-suite luxury bathroom. The bath includes a walk-in shower, separate soaking tub, and two vanities.
There are four second floor guest bedrooms:
*The first has a king bed, full sofa sleeper, and an en-suite dual vanity bathroom.
*The second guest bedroom includes a king bed, a balcony with seating overlooking the pool, and an en-suite bathroom with a separate make-up vanity.
*The third guest bedroom offers two full beds and features a balcony overlooking the pool. It includes an en-suite bathroom that is also accessible from the hallway for the bunkroom.
*The fourth is a spacious bunkroom with two twins over full size bunk beds, sleeping 6 people comfortably and shares via a hallway entrance the bathroom with the third bedroom.
