Perfect little spot

Loved this area. Very short walk to the beach. A quiet neighborhood and very close to our favorite donut shop. The condo was super clean and updated. The beds and couches were very comfortable. Loved the outside shower.

We really enjoyed this property and will definitely stay again! SUPER quick walk to the beach. Far enough away from the busyness to be quiet, but close enough to do whatever we wanted. Everything was so clean and well kept and furniture super comfy. Property management company was great to deal with as well. Highly recommend!

Never Disappointed

We have stayed at the Salty Kiss several times and have never been disappointed. Always a clean place, modern, and in a very quiet neighborhood. We used to vacation in Destin but it is way too congested. The Salty Kiss is far enough away from the "touristy" areas of PCB but close enough to enjoy the amenities of Pier Park.

Perfect Family Vacation

We've discovered a hidden gem! This townhouse was exceptionally clean and furnished nicely. In a quiet homey neighborhood with only a 1 minute walk to the beach, it was easy to make quick trips home, and hit the beach multiple times a day. Away from the hustle and crowds, but only moments away from anything we wanted. We will definitely be back!

So close to a quiet beach

My husband, daughter and I loved our stay at Salty Kiss. The home is beautifully updated and decorated. It's a super (2 min) walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. We loved how family oriented and low key the area was yet close enough to pick up takeout nearby. The location is great if you want to explore nearby Rosemary Beach. The beds were comfortable, bedrooms are spacious. The outdoor shower was a huge plus to get the sand off. Looking forward to a return visit.

Finally we have found Paradise

The townhouse is so clean and cute! The walk to the beach takes no time at all. We loved the quaintness and atmosphere of the neighborhood. It was perfect as we love to be away from the hustle and bustle of PCB and Destin. Close enough to PCB to go enjoy the more commercialized outings in just a short drive. We are so glad to have found this little gem to stay at on our annual trips to the beach! See you next year, Salty Kiss!

Enjoyed the Outdoor Accomodations

The weather when we stayed was unseasonably cool and rainy. The Salty Kiss had a wonderful balcony to enjoy watching the thunderstorms coming in from the gulf. The back patio was nice to sit in the sunshine when the beach was too windy. The surrounding neighborhood was nice to take daily walks. The unit was extremely clean. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. We had a great stay and will definitely be back to the Salty Kiss.

The pictures do not do it justice!! This home has been beautifully remodeled, and we felt like we were staying in a much higher priced beach house. The townhome is on a quiet street, with a VERY short and easy walk to the beach. The outdoor shower made cleaning up from the beach very easy, and we were glad not to drag all the sand in. Great location to visit either downtown PCB or more quiet Rosemary Beach. The staff at Paradise Properties was great about checking on us to see if we needed anything and to answer our questions.

Very nice!

We really enjoyed our stay. My only comment would be that the unit needs some deep cleaning like dusting windows and remove spiderweb outsides. I actually hose them down while cleaning our sand. Lovely, lovely unit. Thanks!!
