Benvenuto in Sea Biscuit! Sea Biscuit si trova nelle Ville a Sunset Beach, situato direttamente tra le comunit��� sulla spiaggia di Alys e Rosemary Beach. Fai una breve passeggiata o un giro in bicicletta verso favolosi ristoranti, negozi, noleggio biciclette e molto altro!

Questa unità ha avuto molti ospiti in affitto soddisfatti in passato e ora ha un nuovo proprietario che sta aggiungendo e aggiornando l'arredamento della spiaggia di questo meraviglioso condominio fronte spiaggia.

Sea Biscuit offre incredibili viste sul golfo e viste sulla piscina della comunità. Con le porte francesi nel soggiorno che si aprono su un balcone coperto, puoi goderti il caffè del mattino o festeggiare uno dei nostri favolosi tramonti.

Excellent condo-beautifully decorated & well appointed with gorgeous sunset views! Super convenient access to the beach and pool via elevator or one flight of stairs. Short walk or bike ride to nearby Rosemary and Alys Beach. The only negative is that the unit is directly next to the walkway and shuttle stop for beach access for the SeaCrest community across 30A. Consequently, the beach is packed from morning to sunset and noisy with people walking

Beach Trip 2025

The condo was excellent. Beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. The internet was a little slow and the TV would not work on Netflix or Disney . We used our personal password to log in then it would only play about 3 minutes before it said “ Not Connected To Internet”, then it would repeat this process over and over. It worked fine on the cable TV app, but none of the others.

Beautiful and Peaceful Place

My family and I stayed here for our annual trip to Florida. This was by far our favorite place to stay! The villa was beautiful and just as advertised. The views of the beach were spectacular! We had an easy walk to the beach as well as shopping and restaurants. I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness, and this place exceeded my expectations! We will definitely be back and are thankful to have had such a perfect stay here!

Amazing in every way

This condos style, comfort, cleanliness, and location is world class. Steps from the white sand beach and great food food within walking distance, in a town built for walking to-and-from, affords continuous joy for all of your senses, day and night.

Beautiful property, easy arrival and check in. Property Mgr very helpful and responsive to a couple of questions we had. The ocean view is the best ever! Easy access to the beach. Hope to stay there again!!!

Beautiful Condo

We love 30A and love the location of Vilas at Sunset Beach. We’ve stayed in a lot of condos here, but this one was one of our favorites! Beautiful condo with great location to everything.

Beautiful Condo

The condo is lovely and well stocked. We had 6 people fit comfortably. It’s walking distance to Peddlers Village and Rosemary. We loved the location! Check out live entertainment every evening at PV. The owner provided 4 beach chairs. Beautiful view of the beach. The beach was very crowded. Get there early or rent chairs. Overall the condo itself was perfect!

Girls trip

The condo was super close to the beach and pool which made things convenient. Having 3 bathrooms was a huge help for a girls trip. Beds were super comfy and the kitchen was nice. Love the area and felt safe in a nice neighborhood. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful week celebrating our girlfriends Birthday. The seabiscuit condo was fabulous! Well stocked with all our needs. Steps away from the beautiful beach! Sheila was an attentive and efficient manager! We are all hoping to bring our families to Rosemary Beach in the future.

Amazing unit, great location, but really crowded beach

My family (3 kids - 18, 16, 13) stayed here. The unit is fantastic. Here’s the highlights: - The 2nd floor is the best floor as you can cleanly see the beach (1st floor is obstructed) and you can quickly climb the stairs (and not wait for the elevator). - It was spotless and the check-in process was smooth. Property manager was very kind and helpful. - The location to the restaurants and activities of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach was great. But here is what we didn’t realize that people should consider. The beach here is VERY crowded. It was more crowded than anywhere else nearby. If you don’t rent beach chairs then you are restricted to small beach area with a lot of other people. We pre-rented 5 chairs and a giant umbrella (more than the cost of a rental car). The umbrellas were lined up five rows deep. If you are in row 4 or 5, you wouldn’t see much ocean. We took beach walks more than a mile in each direction and we did not see any other areas nearly as crowded as here. Also, you were not permitted to set up chairs off of the crowded beachfront because there were signs on neighboring properties prohibiting it. If this doesn’t bother you, then it is absolutely a 5-Star rating. We expected a better beach experience, but it felt crowded like the high rise beaches. I’ll end on a positive note. The beach was so crowded that we spent more time looking at the ocean from the balcony than from sitting on the beach… and the balcony view is fantastic.

Girls college reunion

We thoroughly enjoyed out time at Seabiscuit in Rosemary Beach! The location was perfect, walking distance to restaurants and shopping, beautiful views of the beach and the gulf, easy access to the pool and the beach. The management staff went out of their way to answer our questions and accommodate our special requests. Our group of 5 college girlfriends, celebrating 50 years of knowing each other, would definitely return to this property

February Beach Vacation

This was the first time we stayed on the Gulf Coast in February. Normally we vacation in June or July. The weather was perfect, the summer crowds were missing, the restaurants were easy to book, and we had a fabulous stay at Seabiscuit A202. Enjoyed beach walks and coffee/cocktails on the deck.

Fall Break Perfection

This was one of the best places we ever stayed! The condo is gorgeous and Sheila was so helpful and responsive. We loved that you can see the pool from the balcony. Tons of walkable shops and restaurants. Will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful family unit

My family and I had such a wonderful week at the beach here. We were able to enjoy the pool and easy access to the clean beach. The location is spectacular and we walked most everywhere we wanted to go. I'll definitely be visiting again! The unit was well laid out and had plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their time and not be cramped together.
