The first floor boasts a fully equipped kitchen and an inviting living room with a sleeper sofa. Upstairs, one bedroom offers a queen bed with views of scenic 30A, while the other features a king bed and a private porch with unparalleled ocean vistas.

Seacrest Townhome #8 is perfectly situated along the iconic 30A corridor, nestled between the picturesque communities of Rosemary Beach and Seaside. Guests can easily explore the area's charming shops, local eateries, and vibrant attractions by bike or on foot. The grassy backyard was ideal for the dogs and the access to the beach was great! The furniture could use some updating plus the current furniture is not very comfortable. The dishwasher didn’t work plus the back sliding door lock doesn’t work. Also, the front glass door doesn’t latch or lock. These things need to be fixed for the safety of your guests. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Great location and condo.

We will come back! We love staying on 30A right on the beach and the location was great! The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Booking, checking in and checking out was a breeze.

Wonderful Stay at Seacrest 8

We recently stayed at Seacrest 8 in Seacrest, Florida, and while the experience was overall fantastic, there are a few things worth noting.First, the location is absolutely perfect! The condo is located right on the beach, with stunning, uninterrupted views of the Gulf. Waking up to the sound of the waves and the breathtaking views from the balcony made the stay unforgettable. Whether it was sunrise, sunset, or just a relaxing afternoon on the deck, the beach access and views were truly the highlight of the stay.As for the condo itself, the interior is a bit dated compared to some of the newer properties in the area. While it’s still clean and functional, it could use some updating in terms of decor and furnishings. The living area felt a little empty with the one couch, and some of the appliances were on the older side. However, the space was comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the bathrooms were clean, if not the most modern.The bedrooms were spacious, though the furniture did feel a bit dated, and the beds were extremely comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. Overall, while the interior might not be the most stylish, it wasn’t a dealbreaker for us, as the proximity to the beach and those incredible views really made up for it.The main perk of staying at Seacrest 8 is the easy beach access, which is just a few steps from the condo.Will stay again. 4.7/5

Gorgeous views. Beautiful sunsets. Condo was clean. Mgmt was responsive. Condo interior is dated. The primary shower leaked down to the kitchen a few nights before checkout.
