About this space

Welcome to 'Beach Heaven', a STUNNING luxury beach home in the heart of Seacrest just STEPS to town center! Nestled between Alys and Rosemary Beaches, this location cannot be beat!

Designer decor and finishes throughout in this spacious 4-bedroom home that has 2 king master bedrooms, all en-suite bathrooms, 2 spacious living rooms, plus a 3rd floor balcony with built-in outdoor kitchen + BBQ grill + sink + wine cooler and more!

The space

The home has 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms and is loaded with amenities making for the perfect beach getaway!

With designer furnishings throughout, the coastal chic vibe of this house sweeps you away when you first walk in and is in every detail throughout. Boasting tons of natural light, granite countertops throughout the kitchen and all bathrooms, a very open concept floor plan, massive kitchen island with eat in breakfast bar seating with 5 stools, stainless steel appliances, gas range, custom cabinetry and backsplash, and a charming yet comfortable vibe - no detail is forgotten. Two king bedrooms (on the main level) and multiple exterior lounging spaces make for plenty of room for multiple families vacationing together!

As you ascend to the second floor, you'll enter an expansive living space that includes a cozy sitting area with french doors leading out to another porch, adjacent dining room, and a modern kitchen with breakfast bar, gas range, and all the appliances and gadgets you need to feel at home. This thoughtfully designed gathering space spans the entire width of the home with an open concept floor plan and top-of-the-line finishes. There is also a queen bedroom and full bathroom on this floor.

The third floor greets you with a vaulted second living room, that has a queen size pullout sofa, and built-in bar with beverage cooler. The upstairs also hosts the bunk room, a full bathroom, and outdoor kitchen on the third floor balcony complete with sink, counter space, a dining table, outdoor TV, couches, and views!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 12):

FIRST FLOOR:
-Master Bedroom 1: King bed, en-suite bathroom with separate shower and soaking tub, dual vanities
-Master Bedroom 2: King bed, en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combination

SECOND FLOOR:
-Bedroom 3: Queen bed, en-suite bathroom access with a glass shower (there is also a door for access to this bathroom from the hallway)

THIRD FLOOR:
-Bedroom 4: Bunk room with 2 sets of bunks with twin XL over full XL beds, en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combination (this room sleeps 6)

There are baby gates and a pack n' play kept in home and available for guests' use at no additional charge.

This home truly has everything you need to make unforgettable memories on your next vacation to Highway 30A!

Guest access

Guests will have complimentary access to the private deeded Seacrest beach, and the Seacrest community pool. There's a charming new cafe right next to the pool that serves delicious food and drinks, so you can refuel without leaving the area!

There is also a complimentary tram to and from the beach that stops right outside of the home!

Other things to note
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher & laundry pods for your stay.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will likely be subject to another day's rental fees (please inquire for availability to accommodate).
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by bikes or other amenities provided to guests.
