Beach vacations are for making great memories! This four-level vacation home boasts spacious living accommodations, comfortable sleeping arrangements, parking for three, Gulf views, and convenient beach access. There are three well-appointed bedrooms and three and a half baths. This stately duplex home can accommodate up to 12 guests.

A cozy den on the first floor features a sofa, queen bunk, wall-mounted TV, a kitchenette, and a full-sized bathroom. From here, you can access a screened porch, which is furnished with a BBQ grill - perfect for cooking up a Southern-style coastal meal for the whole group. The covered porch also includes an outdoor shower and storage closet for all of your beach needs.

Upstairs, the second level is dedicated to an expansive great room, including the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room includes a sectional, a beach-inspired accent chair, and an additional armchair. This seating ensemble is centered around a decorative rug and round drink table that faces a cream-colored credenza and flatscreen TV. Beach-washed vinyl flooring flows into the dining nook, where large windows create a bright, warm atmosphere. The dining room has a cottage-style table and six chairs that sit beneath a candle chandelier. On the other side of the living room, the kitchen features custom cabinetry, sleek countertops, and a breakfast island with raised chair seating. Guests can access a furnished sundeck from the living room, which is great for soaking up the Florida sun and gorgeous weather. A half-bath powder room is also located on this level with a stacked washer and dryer.

The Primary Bedroom spans the entire third level. It includes a king-size bed, cream-colored furnishings, a flatscreen TV, a desk/workspace, sunny windows, and a private bath. A spacious Guest Suite occupies the top floor. This family suite has two twin beds, twin bunk, kitchenette, and glass doors that lead to a furnished rooftop balcony.

With the home’s Inlet Beach location, vacationers are within close proximity to the beach, high-end shopping, popular restaurants, and coastal activities like festivals and outdoor concerts. Home to various shops and restaurants, 30Avenue is the perfect place to visit after some fun in the sun on the beach. Neighboring Camp Helen State Park provides a beautiful spot for outdoor recreation, such as hiking, paddle boarding, and fishing. Finally, during your stay, don’t forget to check out the other quaint beach towns of Scenic Highway 30A.
