Golf cart included w/ stay Beautiful home 3min drive to beach Pet Friendly

Age requirement to rent- 24 years old.

Seaside Luxury- Sleeps 9 comfortably. 3bd and 2 baths, located on the west side of Panama City Beach, 3 min drive away from the sugar white sand and beautiful emerald water beach.

We offer a 6 seat golf cart included with your stay, must show proof of insurance and sign a waiver.

Small dogs welcomed must be under 50lbs and a non refundable deposit of $100 per pet.
2 pets max
Must have in crate or backyard when not at home.
If a pet is staying and has not been added as a guest there will be a $200 nonrefundable fee and or your stay can be terminated.

Seaside Luxury is a 3 bedroom home with 2 full bathrooms. The house has granite counter tops and a kitchen full of amenities. We have pots, pans, silverware, and plates if guests decide to cook. New Washer and dryer for the guests convenience. Equipped with flat smart screen tv's in each room with high speed internet.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this VRBO for several reasons. Not only does it offer close access to the beach—with a golf cart included—but it also has thoughtful touches throughout the home. Small essentials like coffee and other items you might forget to pack were already on site, which made settling in so much easier. While it's not fully stocked for skipping a grocery run altogether, it does have enough to get you started comfortably. These little conveniences really added to our overall experience.

This was our 2nd time staying here, and everything was just perfect. We enjoyed the 6 seater golf cart it was nice to have to go to the beach and around. The back yard was nice for the dog and the grandson and we enjoyed sitting on the front & back porch. The kitchen is very spacious to serve meals in. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Beach House

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach house. Extremely clean, beautifully decorated, stocked with everything we needed, privacy fenced back yard for our pups, great responsive host to any needs. Great location, on the quiet West end of the beach, yet short drive to anything. Highly recommend.

Family Vacay 2024

This house was perfect for my family of 6 adults, 3 year old grandson and 2 family dogs. The property manager was very helpful and responded within a timely manner. The only complaint I could have is the grass wasn’t cut, but my son brought his Ryobi fan that uses a battery so the battery for it fit the lawn mower and he cut the backyard for the dogs and my grandson to play in. The only other thing is I wish there had been a crockpot, that would have been nice to have there. The golf cart was a joy to have and made it easy to go to the beach. Overall this is a very nice house and location. Would definitely recommend to others.

First PCB trip

We enjoyed the property very much! It was just as listed and expected, super clean, had everything we needed to relax and enjoy ourselves. Unfortunately we didn't do our research and were unaware that the beaches weren't pet friendly. We've never been to a beach that wasn't so I guess we just assumed they all allowed dogs. That put a downer on our trip, but the host of the property helped us to the best of their ability and the house was perfect.

Great beach getaway

Great location for a less crowded part of PCB!! This area is being renewed with new construction mixed with older homes and is a peaceful neighborhood full of beach charm. Golf cart was nice to have for our family of five as the walk to the beach would be a bit much for all of us and our beach gear. The house was clean and well stocked and the Jessica was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay again!

Super Nice House & Convenient Location

If you’re looking for a super clean, newly renovated house that’s in a great location, this is it! Although the house sits near a busier road, it was quiet and peaceful. The yard is perfect for the pets too!

This house is perfect! The cleanliness was five-star, and the pups loved the fenced-in yard. There is construction next door that began at 7:30 each morning making it difficult to sleep, but I appreciate the beautiful homes being built.

Beautiful house short distance from the beach

The house was wonderful and everything we needed! Communication with the owner was great and instructions for check-in and check-out were simple. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach. A plus was an area with a less crowded beach which we liked. Would stay here again.

We loved Jessica’s place! The golf cart was great to scoot down to the beach or go for a sunset stroll. Perfect location, in the middle of everything but on such a quaint quiet street. Loved it!

Perfect for a group trip

This house was perfect for a beach trip with my friends. It was very clean and felt even bigger than it looked in the pictures, and the host was always very quick to respond to messages. We really enjoyed our stay here!
