This spacious 4 bed/3 bath townhome is located in the gated community of Gulf Highlands. This newly renovated family retreat has everything you will need to make your stay relaxing and build memories with your family. On the entry level sits the first bedroom attached to a full bathroom that is fully ADA accessable. Through the foyer you will find our gourmet coffee bar and a luxurious stainless-steel kitchen. Through the open kitchen you will find the living space with attach patio and waters views. Heading upstairs you will find 3 additional bedrooms (including master) with 2 full bathrooms. We stopped at nothing to ensure the entire house has the high-end finishes to live in Oceanside Luxury!

ACCESSIBILITY: First floor is fully wheelchair accessible with king day bed and walk in no step shower. We also have a heated pool with a chair lift on the resort! Wheelchair accessible beach access at access point 40, very close to the resort beach clubhouse. PARKING: This is a gated 24-hour security community. You will be given the code to enter. Upon arrival you will need to check in with security for a parking pass. Your reservation includes 2 reserved parking spots directly in front of the house. If an additional parking spot is needed that can be purchased from the management office at the front of the resort for $10/day.

The not so fun stuff…

Quite hours: 10pm-8am. This community is centered to families with a laid back vide. Please be respectful of our neighbors.

Pets must be disclosed and added to reservation prior to booking. A $500 fee will be assessed for any unauthorized pets.

The community requires the primary guest to be 21 years of age or older.

The property is strictly NON-smoking inside. Smoking anywhere on the property will result in a $500 fine.

Pets are allowed with a max of 2 pets per reservation (reach out if you have more than 2 for options). To stay with pets a $250 pet fee will be assessed with your reservation.

Parking: The community requires a parking permit for each car on property. This will be obtained from security when you first arrive.

Check-in Time: 4pm

Check-out Time: 10am

Starter pack with the listed essentials will be provided. Additional supplies can be purchased on your own as needed. Supplies include: hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, dishwasher pack, paper towel roll, toilet paper, coffee and espresso pods.
