Sugar Beach is a gated private access community in the heart of Panama City Beach. The community has a private beach access with wash off showers. There is a community area with boasts a pool, outside grills and an indoor lounge area which has ping pong, TVs and a sitting area. Also on the property is a tennis/pickle ball court, shuffle board and a large Koi pond.

The entire house is yours to enjoy with the exception of the owner’s closet located in the first floor bedroom. When checking in you will receive wrist bands which will allow you access to all the resort amenities.

This spacious 4 bed/3 bath condo is located in the gated community of Sugar Beach. The master bedroom sits on the 3rd floor with stunning views of the emerald coast while boasting a luxurious ensuite bathroom. We have everything you will need to make your stay relaxing and build memories with your family. On the entry level sits the first bedroom attached to a full bathroom. Through the foyer you will find our gourmet coffee bar and a luxurious stainless-steel kitchen. Through the open kitchen you will find the living space with attach balcony and amazing ocean views. Heading upstairs you will find 3 additional bedrooms (including master) with 2 full bathrooms. We stopped at nothing to ensure the entire house has the high-end finishes to live in Oceanside Luxury!

PARKING: This is a gated community. You will be given the code to enter. Upon arrival you will need to check in with the front office to obtain a parking pass. A $37 parking pass will be required for each vehicle.

The not so fun stuff…

Quite hours: 10pm-8am. This community is centered to families with a laid back vide. Please be respectful of our neighbors.

Pets must be disclosed and added to reservation prior to booking. A $500 fee will be assessed for any unauthorized pets.

The community requires the primary guest to be 21 years of age or older.

The property is strictly NON-smoking inside. Smoking anything on the property will result in a $350 fine.

Pets are allowed with a max of 2 pets per reservation (reach out if you have more than 2 for options). To stay in the condo $250 pet fee will be assessed with your reservation. Please note that the community requires dogs to be permitted. The fee for permitting your pet is covered by your pet fee but you must register you pet with the front office at time of arrival. I will coordinate with the front desk to ensure the resort fee is paid in advance.

Parking: The community requires a parking permit for each car on property. Each permit is $25 per vehicle. This additional fee should be paid at time of arrival at front office.

Trailers: Max of 24 feet long. $100 parking fee payable to the community to allow you to park your trailer in the gated parking lot. This additional fee should be paid at check in.

Check-in Time: 4pm

Check-out Time: 10am

Starter pack with the listed essentials will be provided. Additional supplies can be purchased on your own as needed. Supplies include: hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, dishwasher pack, paper towel roll, toilet paper, coffee pods.

Do not hang anything from the balcony railings.

The parking lot is very easy to navigate and parking in front of the condo is your best bet. The neighborhood is all within walkable distance. Nearby there are several places to rent either golf carts or slingshots to get around in style. These are allowed on some roads in Panama City Beach but please check to ensure you comply with local laws before driving.
