This is a beautiful unit on the gulf side with a corner view. Being that we could see the gulf and also see the gulf the west with a wraparound balcony. The interior of the unit is gorgeous. Be forewarned that this unit has a long walk from elevator to front door. If you are with someone with mobility issues, it could be a problem. My mother has a bad hip. By the time we would get to the front door, she had to sit and rest. But hey…that view is worth it!!!
My only complaint would be the reserved parking spot. There are two reserved parking spots in between concrete pillars. One is for this unit and the other is for another. Due to the concrete pillars, you really cannot have a large vehicle in either spot or you just can’t get out. When we first arrived, another large vehicle was already there; you cannot park if you want to open up the vehicle doors. This would be my only complaint. But it is resolved by taking a yellow spot, which are the non-reserved spaces. And there are plenty of those. We chose to go on the 12th floor, which is the very top. The layout is better due to no pillars; hence, a spaces were a little bit wider. We had a rental vehicle and ended up with a full size SUV, even though we owe me requested a midsize.
