Shores of the Panama #1811

Enjoy spectacular panoramic gulf views from both the kitchen/living area and the master bedroom. Totally renovated in 2023, this two bedroom beach front unit with reserved parking is the perfect beach getaway. The double size balcony overlooks both the beautiful white sand beach and resort level amenities.
There is no shortage of beach front condos in Panama. We carefully searched and evaluated many before purchasing in Shores of Panama (SOP). We would like to share with you what we think makes SOP a special place to stay.
1. Reserved parking in covered garage - no hot cars or unloading in the rain
2. SOP offers the largest lagoon style pool in Panama - complete with zero entry areas for younger kids, and fun dolphin fountains!
3. Outdoor hot tub - PLUS indoor hot tub for rainy or cooler days
4. Indoor heated pool - great for rainy days and snowbirds alike
5. Coffee/Ice Cream shop in lobby offers bagels, snacks, cold drinks etc
6. Tiki Bar on pool deck - open into the evenings with live music in season
7. Concession Grill on pool deck - offers a variety of menu items
8. Pool side ice cone stand
9. Convenient Beach Chair/Umbrella Service - (additional cost)
10. Convenient Water Sport Service - (addition cost)
11. On Site Security Patrol 24/7, plus daily Concierge Desk

These are just a few of the reasons we love the Shores of Panama and why we think you’ll want to vacation with us!

Our unit has not only been updated with fresh paint and all new furniture throughout, but also includes a new refrigerator with ice maker, and a full size washer and dryer. The fully equipped kitchen includes a combination drip/K cup coffeemaker, toaster, blender, waffle iron, and seats up to seven for dining. The living room has all new furniture including a sofa bed with upgraded mattress, electric powered recliner, and 50” smart TV. The master bedroom includes a king bed with comfortable mattress (we have back issues so a GOOD mattress is a must), and a 42”smart TV. The second bedroom offers a twin over full bed bunks also with upgraded mattresses. All our bed pillows are non allergy quality. Both bedrooms have full bathrooms with combination tub/shower, updated granite counter & sink, convenient hair dryer, and new plush towel sets. For your convenience we have also provided a beach umbrella, 6 beach chairs, a collapsible beach wagon, coolers, and sand & water toys. You will find these items in the large deck box located on our balcony. Additionally, we have equipped our unit with board games, and you will find convenient charging ports on all our night stands and most tables in the unit.

This place was fabulous— we loved the decor and layout. We had 3 additional families rent rooms at the same time and we by far had the best room. The hosts are very responsive. One suggestion is— don’t undervalue listings with reserved parking. This one had it and it was very helpful. During the Summer, I could see parking being a nightmare for locations that don’t have it.

The service was good, but it was very dirty, very dirty. I had a small child of 10 months who does not walk, but crawls, his knees immediately became dirty, the dust was already outdated, the decorative pillows were stained, and I have 4 children and I did not want them to come into contact with them, so on the first day I immediately went to Walmart, bought rags, detergents and did a general cleaning. I washed all the pillows, small rugs, bathroom rugs, washed all the floors, surfaces, even mattress pads. The cleaning lady needs to be replaced, because this is not good. And there are no questions about the apartment itself, there were enough dishes, everything you need, there was even coffee and various spices, a new washing machine and dryer, comfortable mattresses, so yes). I give 5 stars for the amenities and I hope for further cleanliness

Great host but not the cleanest condo.

The host was great! She let us check in early since we had arrived to PCB early. She communicated quickly and was very nice. The only complaints would be the cleanliness of the condo. The washer had a strong mildew smell, the bathroom shower curtain had a lot of mold all on the bottom. One of the baking sheets was covered in sticky cooking oil like it had not been washed. There were also a LOT of dirt and crumbs under the pull out couch mattress.

Loved the room and the proximity to the beach and stores. I wish the elevators worked, typical wait time was 15-20 minutes. The parking garage was a VERY tight squeeze. Though, great time!

Good

The condo was nice and clean. We had a great view from the balcony. The pool was big so it never really got crowded. There's also an easy access right to the beach. Host provides many amenties that makes your stay easy and enjoyable. Elevators are a hassle, especially when you're staying on the 18th floor. The parking garage is also tight. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Spring Break

Great place, and location. We loved all the amenities Shores of Panama offered (pools, hot tubs, tiki bar, security, being right on the water, and close to many restaurants, and souvenir places). The apartment was perfect for a beachy vacation, would love to visit again!!

Wonderful place to stay.

The condo was clean and well maintained, had all the basics you might need. Beds were very comfortable, blinds and black out curtains were great for letting you sleep in while the sun woke up. Near the elevators is a huge bonus!! Such a very friendly and responsive host make this an excellent place to stay and look forward to coming back again next year. I have stayed multiple until at SOP and this was by far my favorite.

Loved it!

I would have to say the condo on this property was great! The elevators not so great. Constantly leaking water. Front security acted like we didn’t know what we were doing when we knew wristbands were in the room he made me call and text the owner numerous times even though I explained to him. Never told us about the parking and never informed us of any elevators that were easy to get to the condo. Watch out in the garage, cars fly through there. Only downfall is all the construction we had no idea about. The owners to the condo were so fast with responses and very caring!

By far our favorite place to stay, everything about our experience was great! The condo was just like the pictures and the view from the balcony was amazing! We quickly realized this was the place we wanted to come back to every time we visit PCB! Looking forward to next time!

Perfect for family of 4

The condo was nice and clean with updated furniture. It had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrellas. We decided to stay one extra night which was no problem. Elevators weren’t too bad, didn’t have to wait long. Would stay here again!

Great place to stay.

The condo was nice and clean. It was easy to get in and out of the property. The check-in and out process was super easy. It was nice to have our own reserved parking spot. The property was close to a lot of nice amenities. Everyone who worked on the property was super nice and helpful. Will definitely be back.
