Parking & Access Made Simple:

Parking: Grab your pass at the Sugar Beach Condominiums Office for a one-time $37 fee upon arrival at the Sugar Beach Office. They have now made it easy to register your vehicle before your stay. The QR code will be included in the check in instructions.
Entry: Use the gate code (shared in your check-in instructions) to access the complex, private beach, and pool. The exit gate opens automatically, and security monitors the entrance 24/7.
Condo Access: A unique door code arrives the day before your stay—sent automatically once payment and contract are complete.
