Tres Flamingos is a spacious & comfortable 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome in the gated community of Gulf Highlands Beach Resort in beautiful Panama City Beach. Our unit is short five minute walk to the beach with private access which includes a beachfront pool, showers, and restrooms. The beach house is now open with a restaurant and bar. Gulf Highlands has 11 pools, tennis courts, dedicated pickleball courts, playgrounds, a fitness center, shuffleboard, and an 18 hole mini golf course.
Our townhouse is stocked with quality linens and everything you need for a relaxing vacation. All you have to do is arrive and relax. Park your vehicles directly out the front door with our 2 assigned spaces. No elevators or parking garages to contend with. Enter and exit the community from entrances and exits that are not on Front Beach Road which means less traffic!
The living space is downstairs - complete with a living room, half bath, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and sun room. The sunroom has a full size daybed with a trundle for additional sleeping.
The upstairs contains 3 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and has access to the main bathroom. The second bedroom also features a king size bed and can access the main bathroom through the main hallway. The third bedroom is adjacent to the master bedroom. You must enter through the master. It has a queen size bed with it's own private bathroom.
NO ADDITIONAL FEES ADDED BY THE OWNER TO THE NIGHTLY RATES. ALL CLEANING, PROCESSING, & BOOKING FEES ARE INCLUDED IN THE NIGHTLY RATE. 13% SALES TAX IS ABOVE AND BEYOND NIGHTLY RATES.
** As of Oct 1, 2025 All adult guests are required to show their rental agreement and Picture ID to enter the resort. Renters must be 21 years of age or older - NO EXCEPTIONS**
