-A one-time registration fee of $133.78, paid directly to the HOA before arrival (not included in your booking). A registration link will be sent three days prior to check-in. Guest names, ages, and vehicle details are required. Parking passes may be printed in advance, and resort wristbands will be available inside the unit upon arrival.
-A minimum age of 25 is required to book. The registered guest must be on-site for the entire stay and is accountable for all occupants.
-Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed within the unit or surrounding areas and will result in a $500 penalty.
