Great Location Spacious Townhome w/ Golf Cart.

Welcome to our Townhome (golf cart included) located in Gulf Highlands Beach Resort. Centrally located in PCB near great shopping and restaurants with a quick 5-min walk to beach access 36. The family-oriented resort offers great amenities for when you are not enjoying the beach. It includes Club House with café and a pool in front of the beach, plus 10 pools (5 seasonally heated), 4 tennis courts, kid’s playgrounds, 18 hole putt putt golf, 5 shuffleboard courts, plus gym all for your enjoyment

Our home is a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath spacious townhome that has 1,260 Sq. Ft with an open floor plan. Located in a secured gated community in the center of Panama City Beach with a 5 minute walk to the beach. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs each with a full size bathroom. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other one has 2 full size beds. Our first level includes the living room, kitchen, and dining room with a 1/2 bath. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper with a mattress that is so comfortable you will not believe is a sofa sleeper!

Our home can accommodate comfortably up to 6 people. Home is completely furnished with a well stocked kitchen to cover all your needs while you are away from your home. There are 3 smart TVs that you can use with your streaming app accounts.

There is a swimming pool adjacent to the building that is seasonally heated. There are 2 dedicated parking spaces located at your front door and a golf cart that you can use during your stay. The golf cart gives you the ability to explore the resort or park it inside the resort steps to the beach and our club house.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Amazing place

We had the best week staying at glaudys place! Everything was so clean and exactly what we had hoped it would be. So many different pools to choose from, the beach was not far and the golf cart was a bonus. We will definitely be staying here again and booking the same place! Our family loved it.

Family vacation 2025

Great location. Loved the gated community. Perfect for families there weren’t any wild party crowds so we didn’t have to worry about our teenagers being around that. It was just an all around positive experience and would definitely recommend!!

Nice Condo

This was a very nice condo. Everything was clean and comfortable. Host was nice and responded quickly to my questions. The golf cart was great because I have trouble walking. The only thing that I suggest is a more comfortable sofa in living room. It was a little out dated. Enjoyed my stay even though I ended up alone because my other quest couldn't make it.

Cozy little get away!

This location offers everything you need for your stay! The host was very easy to communicate with. Having the golf cart to use was super helpful for getting our beach gear back and forth! Definitely recommend!

Home away from home! Made a excellent choice with this rental, mins away from everything Panama City has to offer, golf cart was a plus! Barbecue grill was a plus! Beach towels provided, upstairs and downstairs, very clean and spacious. They really covered everything from garbage bags, dish detergent to an extra toothbrush!!

Great getaway location

The owner is super committed to making sure our stay is top notch. Has everything you need there to have an amazing and comfortable time. Wish we could have stayed longer but we have to get back to reality. Would come back again most definitely and recommend this place to all my friends !

Perfect PCB Condo

We have stayed in Gulf Highlands in PCB multiple times over the last 15 years. It’s a great resort that is conveniently located with fun amenities. This condo was well stocked and very comfortable. The manager responded quickly to our messages and was very helpful. The golf cart came in handy and made getting to the beach so easy. We will definitely stay here again!!

Great stay for softball tournament

Location was convenient to everything, and it was so nice to be able to get in/out of the property quickly. From teammates that stayed in large resorts, they told of the horror stories with elevators and parking garages. Luckily, we didn't have to worry with any of that. Property was as-described. The community itself is showing some signs of age (beachside pool area boarded up, some of the smaller pools seemed dirty, etc) but no fault of the host. Would stay again.

Great condo with easy access to beach via golf cart provided or walking!! The host gives spot on instructions for access to everything like gates, golf cart, doors etc. Also, very responsive both prior and after trip for all of my questions!!
