Benvenuti nella nostra bella casa arredata di recente e ben arredata. Situato a 60 piedi dalla passeggiata sulla spiaggia di Carillon Beach, troverete la nostra casa sulla spiaggia progettata su misura, perfetta per i beachcomber e le famiglie che amano rilassarsi. Offriamo il miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo per famiglie e gruppi numerosi e disponiamo di una grande piscina privata, di un bellissimo giardino e di una griglia familiare
Anche se probabilmente vorrai stare fuori per la maggior parte del tempo a goderti lo splendido ambiente della spiaggia, la casa è allestita con televisori a schermo piatto, completi di lettore CD e DVD - perfetto per una giornata di pioggia o WIFI gratuito.

1 ° piano - Cucina con ripiani in granito e sgabelli da bar e la sala da pranzo con tavolo e 6 sedie. L'ampio soggiorno ha divani, poltrone d'amore e un divano letto Queen La camera da letto principale si trova al primo piano e ha un letto king size e vasca idromassaggio e doccia. C'è una grande cabina armadio. La lavatrice e asciugatrice si trovano anche su questo piano.

2 ° piano: ci sono 3 camere da letto separate, ognuna con un letto king size e bagno completo. Due delle camere hanno grandi finestre che si affacciano sul Golfo !! La quinta camera è adatta ai bambini con 2 letti a castello separati e un letto estraibile, anche con un bagno completo.

Where do I began,first of all it was 3 hours before check in and I could not get the door code to send to my family members who were arriving from other states, when we arrived water was dripping from the ceiling out of the vents, we then agreed to let a repairman come and we took time out of our vacation and the repair man did not show up, ants and roaches in the bathroom, cooking pa s were gross, we only had 4 forks in a 4 bedroom house, bulbs burned out all over the house, it is apparent the owner just wants to make money and does not care about your vacation very disappointing DONT STAY HERE,we have used vrbo many times always has a good experience in the past. Maybe vrbo needs to drop this place.

Great location

Overall we enjoyed our stay and the beach. Perfect weather. Property could use some updates and new patio furniture that’s why I didn’t give it a 5 star. But the property owner was very receptive and addressed all of our issues.

Labor Day Vacation

We have stayed in the property three years in a row for our annual Labor Day family vacation. We have 14 people, and we are always comfortable with plenty of space. The house is always clean and inviting and beautifully decorated. Communication with the owner is always quick and easy. We were able to meet the owner, Nadir, this trip and he and his wife were super gracious and friendly. We look forward to staying again next year!

Summer vacation July 2024

Excellent location, easy short walk to the beach. home was very spacious and the pool was used quite a bit. Any issues were quickly resolved by the property owner and his response time was excellent.

Family vacation

This is a great house for our family. Everyone enjoyed the convenience of being close to grocery stores and being able to walk to the beach. The pool is small, but everyone enjoyed the pool. The only issue that we had was that the coffee pot was not clean. We went out and purchased in an expensive coffee pot for the week.

FALLING APART…will SCAM you for deposit

So much was wrong with this house. We have never stayed here before but our regular house was rented out. Make sure you document everything wrong and broken in the house. The list will be extremely long but if you leave anything out they will charge you for it. They charged us $500 for a broken TV in one of the bedrooms that we did not break. I would be VERY LEARY if you decide to stay here.

Our Christmas on the beach

This home was amazing. We had 14 people in our family, 4 generations from 3 to 68 and it was perfect for everyone!! The view from the balcony was amazing every morning and the waves crashing the beach were so relaxing in the evenings. Just a short drive to downtown area and many little stores just around the corner. The beach was amazing and since it was Christmas there wasn't a lot of people so we had the whole beach to ourselves basically. Nadir is a great host we never had any issues but he was quick to check in with us and see if we needed anything. Already planning our trip back in the spring so the grandbabies can swim in the big water and try out that cool pool in the backyard 😊

Great Beach House on the West End

We had a great stay at this wonderful home! It was perfect for our family get together. Great location on the quiet west end for us. Grocery Stores only a couple of blocks away. The cross over to the beach was just 2 houses down and we could enjoy views of the water from the upper balcony. We didn't get into the pool as it was a little chilly for us in October, but was a perfect size to float around and keep the kids busy if you didn't want to hit the beach. Every bedroom has its own bathroom which is great for privacy and if you have a large group that is perfect for getting ready quick. Dining area and eat in kitchen area as well so everyone can have a seat if you choose to eat in or play card games if it rains. Love it and if we bring a large group again we will definitely see if this house is available!

Sunnyside House

We have vacationed here 2 years in a row. We absolutely love the location…less crowded beaches, close to the beach (walking distance), private pool, and plenty of space for our large extended family of 15! The house is always clean when we arrive, and we usually have early check-in! Communication with the property manager is always quick and accommodating. Highly recommend!!

Perfect Vacay Stay!!

Our group consisted of Dad, Mom (50's) 3 adult kids (19,25, 26), 1 grandchild (3) and Aunt (40's) Very welcoming feel when we arrived. 1 bedroom located on main floor which is perfect for those needing no steps. The 4 rooms upstairs were perfect sizes and fit our parties needs. The pool was perfect and kept that energized 3 year old wore out (he was always supervised). I loved that the property owners had baby proof devices on all doors heading out to the pool, since we had a child with us. We also had our furry familiy with us and found an amazing dog park just a few minutes away as well as a few others just a bit further. This home is perfectly located, close to shopping grocery and pharmacy. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Great Location

This house is across the street but it’s a very short distance to the Public Beach walk way. It was roomy and comfortable for our family of 9. Having the private pool was a special bonus. The decor is dated but the pictures reflect everything accurately. We had some initial issues with cleanliness and appliances but Zohra was extremely responsive and took care of everything quickly. She is excellent to work with! We would stay here again and highly recommend.

Family Vacation

The house is in a quiet location about 15 minutes from the crowd. There is a nice restaurant and grocery store just a few blocks away. The boardwalk for the beach is just across the street and a house or 2 down. The beach is beautiful. It was nice that every bedroom had its own bathroom. We had a great family trip and would rent again for a PCB vacation. Thank you for the rental of your house. Cincinnati, OH

July in Panama City

We were pleased with the house and the host always responded when I had a question. We had no major problems while staying for a week in July. It is about 20-30 minutes from the action so keep that in mind. We had plenty of room for 14 people. We would rent again.

Great location & we loved the house

The house had everything we needed. The location was great, it is right across from the beach entrance that offered plenty of privacy. We didn’t use the pool with the beach being so close but it looked great. Would definitely recommend for a group of friends or family. Next trip we hope to stay longer.

Family Spring break trip

This is a wonderful property for the rate that's charged! The best part of the property is the closeness to the beach! The manager, Zohra, was very friendly, helpful & easy to contact. The pool was perfect for the little ones. It was a little dirty on our first night but the pool man came & cleaned it the next day without us even asking. We stayed in April, I wish there was an option to pay to heat the pool because it was cold for me, but didn't stop the kids. I would recommend staying here. Lots of space for a group of 16! The only things I would say could improve the property is the amount of silverware/ dishes for a large group (we just bought disposable utensils & cups), the dryer did not heat ( no biggie though it just would've been nice to be able to dry swimsuits & towels but we hung them outside) & one room didn't have remotes, we tried some from the other rooms remotes but they didn't work. Don't let some of the negative reviews stop you from renting this property, I think those people must just have crazy standards because you get a lot for your money here! Thank you for a wonderful trip!
