Splash Resort is the best in Panama City beach offering a heated lazy river, multiple heated pools, a large hot tub and a splash zone for the kids. It also included a poolside BBQ, Ice cream and donut shop, on-site beach store, and more. This luxury ocean front resort is perfect for families. It is just 2 miles from the famous Pier Park and Gulf World, and a short drive to the many attraction PCB has to offer.
The space
Our condo includes a king bed, twin bunk beds and a queen size sleeper sofa. There are 2 smart TVs, Wifi, washer and dryer. You can enjoy amazing views from the gulf-front balcony and or while cooking or dining in the kitchen. For the kids there is an Aqua Park or you can just relax in the Lazy River one of two pools, hot tub, or work out in the gulf view gym!

* Covered Lazy River and Aqua Park with slides (not heated)

* 2 Covered Front beach pools (only west side swimming pool heated (Nov-March)

* The second swimming pool is partially covered and one swimming pool is not covered. (Heated)

* This is a 1 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit (sleeps 6) and is located in the East Tower with breath taking 19th floor ocean views.

* King bed in the master suite, twin bunk beds , and a queen sleeping sofa bed. A pack n’ play crib is located in the bedroom closet for those vacationing with infants.

* Two full bathrooms with hair dryers.

* 2 Smarts TVs in the condo! 60 inch TV In leaving room and 48 inch TV in bedroom! You can connect with your accounts and watch your favorite shows!

* Fully equipped kitchen (cooking pots, plates, cups, silverware, and utensils)

* Washer and dryer in condo with iron and the ironing board in condo. We provide the detergent.

* Delicious coffee and fresh donuts in the West tower!

* Pool bar and grills next to the swimming pool with drinks and food! Purchase delicious food or grill your own! (open March 24- Nov 24)

* 4 Floor Covered parking garage.

* The HOA desk is on the second floor! Please park on the second floor for your convenience.
Guest access
Parking passes are a one-time per stay purchase (it includes up to 2 vehicles for one unit).
The guest must be 21 years old to rent the condo.
Splash does not allow any pets on their property.
No parties in the unit.
No smoking.
No pets allow.
We provide some basic amenities for guests (dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, 2 toilet paper rolls for each bathroom, and 4 Keurig cups)

We provide 6 beach towels for your convenience.
We will be happy to host you!

The entire condo is for use by the guest. There will be a locked storage chest in the bedroom closet which is off limits.
Other things to note
We ask our guest to throw all trash away. Wash and put away dishes.
