The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

This is year 5 that we have stayed at Grand Panama and we always have the best time!! Check in and out are super easy! The property is clean and the staff is super friendly!! The condo itself was clean and neat!! We love Grand Panama!!!!

May Stay

Property was clean as indicated. There were several things that needed to be fixed from previous guest and or maintenance. The location of the guest services was a little tricky but not too bad. Overall the place was nice but the pool being closed was a bummer, especially when the pool on the tower II side was open. We would definitely try and stay again though. The view is great!the pool being closed was. A bummer

Wonderful Stay!

We loved this property. The condo was decorated nicely and clean! Our condo was managed by Book That Condo and we had to message them twice during our stay regarding the door lock malfunctioning. It was handled promptly. My only complaint would be that the bunk beds in the condo still had a large amount of sand on them. It seemed as if they had not been cleaned before us occupying the unit. We would definitely stay here again.

BEWARE!!

My family and I were looking to extend our stay by 1 day. I reached out to this condo. I went to the office to sign documents and explained that I had an child (2 years old) a disabled Father that's recovering from heart surgery and My Mom is disabled and on oxygen...in which would need to be plugged in because her portable tanks would not last all day. We had to check out of our room by 10 AM in the same building.I was told it would be no problem to accommodate. So the next day ( day of check-in) I finally got a text at 5 PM saying the room was ready. My mom had run out of her portable oxygen, we all,including a 2 year old, had been stuck in the car since 10 AM. I sent a text message to the lady that has text me saying the room was ready. She said we'll policy is check-in between 4-6PM and nothing she could do. I told her once again what happened and the broken promise. She said she forwarded my concern to her manager....it has been 9 days and no response from anyone. This is definitely not anyone I will do business with again! Just BEWARE!!

Nice condo but…

Nicely decorated, comfortable condo. View was nice but super loud by the pool. One morning they were trimming palm trees with chain saws at 7:30 am in front of our condo balcony. But my main complaint is about beach chairs. I looked all over the listing to find out about the chairs. Photos in listing show beach chairs, but say nothing. Listing should say the chairs are NOT included. They cost $45 per day for 2 loungers or $65 per day for 2 chairs. This omission feels like false advertising. If you aren’t going to pay for chairs, say it! Or provide some in the condo. Some of the beds are squeaky, fan is noisy and didn’t create any air, balcony slider never locked. Our family of 5 couldn’t all sit comfortably in the living room because there wasn’t enough seating (couch and 1 chair).

Great Communication

I have never had anyone call me where we booked, I was pleasantly surprised they called before the trip, the day of the trip and the day after we arrived!!!! All to make sure everything was good and to see if we needed anything!!!

Desperately needs remodeling

While the condo was pretty clean (counters, stove, appliances, bathrooms, clean sheets, etc.) the entire condo needs a paint job really badly. There are scuff marks, peeling/chipping paint, etc. The upholstered furniture is filthy with numerous stains every where. I felt dirty when I sat on them and chose to sit in the hard wooden dining room chair instead. The couch literally sinks into the frame due to the overuse. The grout in the tile is black from dirt. The refrigerator is rusty. The drapes are different lengths. Even the remotes fall apart when you pick them up. The patio furniture is mismatched with several different patterns of cushions. I would definitely not stay here again unless it was totally remodeled. The owner seems to be sucking money out of it but not willing to put any money back into it to keep it nice.

Really nice and very clean. Had everything you would at home. Located within in mile of almost everything. Right on the beach and had perfect sunrise views for your morning coffee!

Nice condo but needs updating

We enjoyed staying here but there's were a few inconveniences. The floors were dirty when we arrived. We were charged a $150 cleaning fee for a condo that the floors were so filthy, our feet turned black. Then pool was also down due to a pump that went out. We weren't made aware of this at all while reserving this condo. We also had to pay a $30 registration fee just to park in the parking garage across the street. Other than that, the location was nice & then weather was Beautiful.

Room 406 Grand Panama Review

This property was very nice However huge issue was the washing machine. Upon washing our first load of laundry they came out with brownish markings all over them and ruined the whole load of clothes :( so we had no way to wash our laundry the 5 days we were there in fear of it ruining more clothes ….. Other than that the property itself was very nice and I wouldn’t mind staying there again. I just will NOT wash clothes there.

The rental was exactly what was written online. My friends and I loved the balcony and the LOCATION was stellar. We loved the view of the ocean and the amenities provided by the property. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Vaca!

The condo was clean and spacious. We cooked a lot so I’d say for that reason there needs to be additional serving pieces. But we made it work just fine. The location of the condo is perfect; close to everything! Will definitely stay again!
