Welcome to the Starfish Studio!

Discover your perfect beach escape where white sand and the Gulf meet comfort and convenience. Clean, quiet, and comfortable, this charming studio sits directly on the beach, offering a superior view of the sparkling Gulf and resort pool from the 5th floor.

We make beach days effortless: enjoy FREE daily beach chair and umbrella service (March-Oct)! Leave the bulky gear at home and simply walk to the sand with just a small bag.

Ideally sized for 1-4 guests, the studio offers a relaxing retreat with easy access to local attractions. There are numerous restaurants with great food/drinks and live music in the area (walking distance), and we're just a couple hundred yards down the beach from the highly anticipated new Tootsie's Orchid Lounge (opening Feb 2026).

~ Recently remodeled with LVP flooring, granite countertops, updated lighting, and a gorgeous walk-in shower.
~ Two comfortable queen beds

~ Smaller, quieter resort with guaranteed parking for one car.
~ Direct beachfront with stunning views, located on the ideal 5th floor.
~ Free daily beach chair and umbrella service (March-Oct).

Important Notes:
~ Enjoy a great view through our floor-to-ceiling window. There is NO PRIVATE BALCONY, but a large communal balcony with comfy chairs is just a few steps down the hall.
~ Primary renter must be at least 21, sign a rental agreement, and be present for the stay. A $200 refundable damage deposit hold is required.
~ A $30 one-time resort fee is paid to the resort upon arrival and includes a parking pass.
~ Maximum 4 guests. No pets, emotional support animals (ESAs), or visitors allowed.

Questo appartamento si trova a Panama City Beach e vanta una posizione strategica nei pressi di parchi a tema e sulla spiaggia. Our stay was perfect! Megan is an awesome host! Communication was second to none. Her place at Top of the Gulf was clean, updated and the view is incredible! The beach and the sunsets!!! Weather was perfect for our stay! We will be back!

Perfect accommodations for a stay at the beach!

The unit was exactly as pictured, meticulously clean and had a wonderful beach themed decor. Beautiful views of the beach from the unit. We would certainly book here again and highly recommend others to do so as well.

Second stay, love it

Megan is a great host. Condo is in a great location. Had a small housekeeping issue but as soon as I brought it to Megan's attention it got taken care of. Love the decor. Binder filled with helpful information is a great touch. The included beach chairs & umbrella are a great addition. Only suggestion I have is to add a couple beach towels. But overall, everything was perfect!

Great stay, bring your own umbrella!

Overall, we had a very positive experience staying at this condo. Pros: Beds we’re comfortable, great location to shops and stores, wonderful view, working elevators and luggage carts aplenty, updated decor, working stove, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, and sink, rain shower head, smart thermostat and high quality new windows, communication with owner. Cons: The handles on the barn doors to the bathroom should be switched. With such a narrow hallway, we found ourselves running into the outside handles that protruded into the walking area. We also found a few hairs on the pillows and sheets when we first went to lay down. Lastly, be aware that if it is windy (more than 11mph + winds), the beach chair company will not set up the umbrellas. My husband, who is very fair-skinned, was unable to come down and enjoy the beach with me 3 out of the 4 days during our stay. You may want to think about bringing your own umbrella/tent instead of relying on the beach service. There are also no umbrellas in the pool area.

Perfect getaway for two

We had an amazing time at this property. The room was beautifully and decorated perfectly with a beachy theme. We really enjoyed our stay. Super close to Pineapple Willys and an ice cream shop! Also, you can’t beat the free chairs and umbrella. Megan was awesome and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here!

Great Getaway

We had a lovely time with family. The condo was great and had everything we needed. Only complaint was with the guy on the beach who assigned beach chairs. He was rude and pushy. The snack shack was open only part of the time.

Softball Vacation

My family and I came to Florida for the Panama Ciry Beach World Series that my daughter was playing in. We stayed for a week at this condo and we had an amazing time! This condo was perfect for us!

Fantastic! Cute condo, great view, excellent host

The condo was super cute and comfy! Good location. The floor to ceiling window offered an amazing view! We saw dolphins from the condo! I love that there was also a window that opens so we could literally hear the ocean from our room. Elevators were fairly quick. Game room was cute. Megan was super responsive and helpful! The binder with menus, places to visit, etc was great too. Perfect for 1 to 4 people. Only complaint, and not Megan's fault, is that the pool isn't heated so it was freezing and I thought there was a hot tub but there wasn't. But overall everything was excellent and definitely five stars. I will definitely be returning!

Picture perfect getaway!

This adorable beachfront studio is now our top choice out of the various PCB complexes we have visited. The unit is beautifully decorated with very comfortable furnishings and all amenities. The brand new flooring was gorgeous and the ocean view from the new windows just breathtaking. Being a clean fanatic I am delighted to say the unit was spotless and the building and facilities are well maintained. Super easy check in/out. Location in the area makes this perfect. Owner was exceptionally nice and made sure we knew she would be available even though our stay was brief. Nice to have such open communication just in case. We plan to return for a longer stay when weather is warmer and we can take advantage of the free beach chairs as well as the pool.

Perfect location!

This place is adorable! Owners were very responsive and helpful. Nice to be right on the beach and have chairs included with the rental. Walked to Pineapple Willys for lunch. Highly recommend this rental for it’s location, cute beach decor, cleanliness and great communication!

Great Little Getaway!

We stayed for our 10th anniversary and it was perfect for us! The location was awesome and we loved the beach service that was provided! It was very clean and we had an excellent view of the water! There was a storm one night and it was really cool to watch! The huge window was amazing! Everyone that worked at the establishment was super nice and they have a little bar with drinks and food by the pool! Check-in was seem less as well and the to-do list for checkout was very short! Thanks so much for sharing your place with us!

Perfect PCB place!

We had the best week staying in this condo! It was perfect for three of us. Megan was very quick to respond to my questions before booking and provided very detailed information once I had placed my reservation. The unit is updated, spotless, and very “beachy”. The owners provided us with everything we needed for the week. The building is clean and maintained and has a huge parking lot so parking was never an issue. Above all else, you just can’t beat the spectacular view of the pool and Gulf from this place. Great spot! Will definitely book again.
