- Walk or bike to nearby 30Avenue Shops and Restaurants. Cuvee30A, Amici Italian Kitchen and Amigos are perfect family spots to check out!
- Close to Lake Powel, Camp Helen State Park, or check out Timpoochee Trail for a walk or bike ride!

Other things to note:
- Parking for 2-3 vehicles in the driveway. There is no street parking available. Our guests have found that you can shift the golf cart to the garage or parallel to your vehicles to accommodate a 3rd vehicle comfortably.
-The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
- This home features a 7 day stay requirement per the HOA.
