Il mio cortile si trova proprio sulla candida sabbia bianca e nel ricercatissimo "West End" di Panama City Beach! Parcheggia il tuo veicolo proprio davanti alla porta di casa mia. Cammina direttamente verso il cursore della porta posteriore e sul patio privato, quindi direttamente sulla sabbia di zucchero, per schiacciarlo tra le dita dei piedi e prendere i raggi del sole sulla spiaggia! Siediti sul patio o sulla sabbia o fai una passeggiata sulla spiaggia per sentire la brezza del golfo !. Quando sei pronto per un tuffo, cammina direttamente dal patio alla sabbia, quindi direttamente nelle splendide acque color smeraldo del Golfo del Messico! Oppure, se ti piace pescare, porta la tua attrezzatura e getta una linea nell'oceano dalla spiaggia del tuo cortile!
Sarai in una zona molto sicura, tranquilla, orientata alla famiglia, ma abbastanza vicina per partecipare a tutte le attività che desideri.

Se decidi di fare un giro in auto, sono solo circa 6 miglia dal Frank Brown Park, dove si svolgono regolarmente giochi con la palla, concerti, piscine interne ed esterne e altre attività. Se hai voglia di andare a Pier Park, sono solo circa 7 miglia per fare shopping, ristoranti, concerti, pescare al largo del molo e una vasta gamma di altri eventi. Se hai voglia di giocare a golf, è solo una breve distanza in auto dalla nostra residenza cittadina a grandi campi da golf: l'Holiday Golf Club - 9 miglia, l'Hombre Golf Club - 12 miglia e il Signal Hill Golf Club - 13 miglia. Assicurati di mettere in valigia il tuo dispositivo di raffreddamento e alcune sedie per visitare St. Andrew State Park, fai una battuta di pesca o osserva le barche da pesca d'altura che arrivano ogni pomeriggio a Treasure Island Marina, con barche piene di pesci. Il Silver Sands Outlet Mall si trova a circa 25 miglia di auto in direzione ovest dalla mia residenza cittadina.

Per i ciclisti e gli amanti della bici, ci troviamo a pochi chilometri da Pier Park, dalla concessionaria Harley Davidson e dalla concessionaria indiana, per i prossimi eventi durante la settimana di Thunder Beach. Normalmente c'è una bella mostra di alcune delle bellissime biciclette a Pier Park.

Such an amazing place!

Everything about this place is amazing! The location is perfect, open the back door and you’re on a beautiful private beach, it wasn’t crowded at all which is why we chose this place. The sunsets here are stunning, with white sands and clear water, it’s hard to leave the beach. The house has everything you need for your stay, the owner is extremely nice and is happy to hear about the great time you had at her place. I can’t recommend this place enough, if we come back to this area, we are definitely staying here again!

Amazing beachfront condo!

Loved everything about our stay here! Walk straight out off the patio and directly onto the sand. Unit was very nice and clean, convenient location, beautiful beach - awesome experience all around! Will definitely be back!

Steps to the beach

Only 5 steps out the sliding door and you had your toes in the sand. Great place to be on the beach and in the ocean! Convenient to groceries and local restaurants. Still close enough for tourist attractions (30 minutes) Ideal location for a quieter side of the Gulf.

Perfect spot

This is our new favorite place to stay! The beach was not crowded even for Memorial Day and was at the doorstep! We all agreed this was the beast beach trip with the nicest beach and accommodations that we have had in this area. The townhouse was clean and quiet and the kitchen well stocked with pans, etc. Two grocery stores within 1/2 mile was nice and is close to shopping and activities in PCB. Gloria is the perfect host, very responsive and helpful and easy to communicate with. We would love to stay here again!

Beautiful Place to Stay!

Love this townhome!! Perfect quiet location, straight off the patio is the beach, great views, clean, decorated beautifully, and owner thought of all the little things to make your stay comfortable. Our first time staying here. Will be back!!! No complaints! Perfect!

Wonderful Condo on the Beach

We really enjoyed our stay. It was so nice to walk out the back door and already be on the beach! Perfect for little kids who love the sand! Beds were very comfortable and AC worked great!

Beach Oasis

I couldn’t be happier with our choice to stay here. Being right on the beach was a game changer. I was able to rest in bed and listen to the ocean and my kids were able to do their own thing but still be close. Family time on our own stretch of private beach could not have been more satisfying or relaxing. Also, being able to go into the hub to shop or eat with a quick drive and then come back to the QUIET was everything I could ask for in a beach vacation. Thank you for the space to make amazing memories.

Loved our stay at your beautiful townhome! Beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico and we only had to step outside to the sand. The owner was very easy to work with and has a beautiful townhome on the beach!

Fantastic Week!

As soon as we entered the property, I felt AT HOME. The decor and furnishings are lovely but not ostentatious and just so comforting! The kitchen appliances are top notch, everything was very clean, supplies to clean up after ourselves were easy to find. The most fantastic parts of this property are the amazing view, the accessibility to the beach, and the sound and smell of the ocean just relax every nerve. Our kids played right off the back porch and then we could go down to the water anytime. A storm had also come through before we got there and there were gorgeous shells everywhere! We had a thoroughly wonderful time at Gloria's place, and I highly, highly recommend it. We will certainly be returning!

Very nice condo in a great location

The condo is in a great location and is very well maintained. We loved that it was so close to the beach and within walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. The beach was definitely not overcrowded; in fact, we would have never known it was Spring Break had we not traveled to PCB or Destin. Also, Gloria was very easy to work with. We would definitely look to return in the future.

Incredible Location and Townhome

This was our second year staying in Gloria’s townhome for spring break. You literally step off your patio and onto the beach. The location CAN NOT be beat! My 5 and 7 year olds loved playing in the very wide white sand beach. Close to everything on 30A - including amazing restaurants and shops. Highly recommend.

Wonderful!!

Gloria has a beautiful beach townhome located directly on the beach. This is the perfect location for our family. It was very clean, the kitchen is well stocked and the linens were nice. The check in/check out process was very smooth and the location is ideal if you want a quiet beach stay. We can’t wait to go back. Thank you Gloria!!

Would definitely stay here again!!

Had a wonderful week in PCB staying in Gloria's condo. The private section of beach was the highlight of the trip, and we even met some of our neighbors and made some good friends!! The condo was clean and comfortable, and the amenities listed for the property were accurate. Besides some minor repairs the condo needed (broken closet door) and a need for extra towels (there were 5 adults on the trip and only 6 towels provided), the trip was fantastic and we enjoyed ourselves immensely!! Would definitely book with Gloria again!!

Wonderful location just steps to the ocean!

We stayed here for a week and enjoyed every second. Having the beach right outside the door is a must have. Gloria was great to communicate with and we could not have asked for a better location and accommodations.

Wonderful Week!

We had a great week as the weather was perfect! The accommodations were also perfect from being able to get in a little early to great communication with the owner Gloria. We had everything we could have needed and more. The master bed was so comfortable and we had our morning coffee on the balcony every morning just listening to the peaceful waves. We have stayed at nearby condos in the past but never had a better experience. We can't wait to come back!
