  • * Walk 1/2 block to beach in < 5 minutes.
    * Best beach area in PCB! No buildings, no condos on Laguna Beach.
    * Quiet uncrowded neighborhood.
    * Dog friendly with fully fenced back yard and crate provided.
    * Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels provided.
    * Must be 25 to rent and supply photo ID if requested. Contract and a $300 security deposit hold required.

    Perfect for a family or two with dogs. Plenty of space and a large back yard. Very close to the beach entrance, Thomas's Donuts, Carousel Supermarket, and the trolley line.

Our stay was perfect! Just the size we needed for a vacation with our adult children. We had plenty of beds and with 2 bathrooms it made getting ready easier. Our favorite part was the fact the beach access was less than a block down the road and a quick easy walk. We had Thomas donuts for breakfast and it was a crowd pleaser.

It is a great location, only a block to the beach and a little further to Thomas Donut Shop. The house layout was good and the covered parking helped a lot in the summer heat. Air conditioning worked great. Pillows could be a bit better, but all in all it was a great place to stay!

The house felt cozy and was perfect for our getaway with our dogs - short drive to the dog beach in PCB and the fenced yard was great for hanging out at the house. Loved that we could also walk to the beach for sunrise and sunset, and to Thomas’ Donuts. Thanks Lynn for the perfect pet-friendly place to chill for a few days of rest and relaxation.

Great place! Loved the short walk to beach and our property contact Lynn Ramey was attentive to all of our needs! I fully recommend staying here!

Home was very clean, enough space to stretch out. I was traveling with my wife, kids and friend to celebrate our anniversary and my birthday. Everyone had enough room. Including our fur baby, Morocco. My daughter enjoyed walks to the beach every morning. Truly a 3 min walk.

Great Place!

This house is an excellent place to stay. It had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was very quiet. It’s a short walk to the beach and to the donut and ice cream shops. We would definitely stay here again.

We love it here

This is the 3rd year to stay here. We love the quietness of the neighborhood, but still close to the beach and activities for the kids.

We enjoyed our stay at Pirate’s Perch! Great accommodations with plenty of space in all areas of the house! Backyard was perfect for our dogs. So close to the beach and Thomas Donuts!

Lovely property

We enjoyed our stay at this property so much!! Very accommodating, clean and well furnished and supllied. Our dogs loved the fenced back yard. Great location, very short walk to the beach. Very nice neighborhood. We definitely recommend this place and hope we can go back sometime!
