The space

Welcome to "Seas the Moment!"

This spacious 5-bedroom home has everything you need for an unforgettable stay!

As you walk inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and open living room with plenty of seating and a built-in coffee bar nearby, perfect for relaxing or entertaining! The living room flows seamlessly into the dining area, and then into the fully equipped chef's kitchen. Also on the first floor is a convenient half bathroom, plus the first master bedroom featuring a King bed, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a glass shower, and a separate soaking tub.

Step outside to enjoy the beautiful backyard, where you'll find a partially covered deck, a private pool for cooling off or lounging in the sun, and a BBQ grill for outdoor meals!

Upstairs on the second floor, you'll find the laundry room along with the remaining four spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom on this floor is another master bedroom, featuring a King bed, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a large glass shower. The next two bedrooms each have King beds and share a hallway bathroom with dual vanities and a shower/tub combination. The final bedroom is a cozy bunk room with one set of built-in Twin-over-Twin bunks, also sharing the hallway bathroom.

Located in Treetop Village, you'll have exclusive access to a private community pool just steps from your door! The gated community offers added security and peace of mind, and with a prime location just off Highway 98, you'll have easy access to Seacrest Beach and other coastal gems along 30A! Also, from March to October, enjoy the complimentary shuttle service that takes you to and from the beach!

There is parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway!

Guests can enjoy complimentary shuttle service to and from the beach! (March-October)

Other things to note
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, + dishwasher pods for your stay.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by pool, bikes, or other amenities provided to guests.
