Nice size for our family of 8. 3rd floor condo, a short walk to the pool and ocean. Nice gated community. Kitchen had what we needed. It checked all my boxes. We loved staying here.

The unit was good, an average older condo on the beach. Our only complaints about the unit itself, is that the air conditioning doesn’t do great in the bedrooms, the refrigerator is tiny, and the washer/dryer is basically useless. If you aren’t a fan of stairs then stay away, it’s on the 3rd floor and the stairs have no lighting at night. The walk to the beach would be challenging if you’re not prepared for it-about 200 yards. With all that being said, this was one of the cheapest condos “on the beach” we could find.

We enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us. There was restaurants, go carts, & the slingshot across the street. A pizza place and ice cream shop next door. The pool and beach was just a short walk away. There was a closet right outside the unit door that had floats, beach chairs, and sand toys to use. It seems to be an older condo and there wasnt an elevator but honestly the stairs to the 3rd level was not bad at all. The only complaint we had was the pull out couch didnt have sheets for it or not that we could find. There was dishes you could use and a coffee pot. The washer and dryer worked well. The entire complex is gated and you had to have a code to access the condo, pool, and beach. The unit itself is not on the beach but from the balcony you could see part of the ocean. There is a pond and you can watch the turtles from the balcony. We will definitely stay here again.
