There's a one time Laketown Wharf Resort fee of $103 per reservation that covers parking for 2 cars & mandatory wristbands. It is to be paid directly to the resort. The resort fee grants access to all the amenities at Laketown Wharf to include the 5 pools, hot tubs, and fitness center. Wristbands need to be worn during your stay and have smart technology that opens the doors to the pools and fitness center. One week prior to the start of your reservation you will receive a link to register with Laketown Wharf and pay the resort fee. Once paid you will be able to print out up to 2 parking passes to placed on your vehicle's dashboard upon arrival.

There is a paid parking lot operated by the City of Panama City Beach if you are planning to bring more than 2 vehicles located at 9941 Thomas Drive (Across from Ripley's Believe it or not/walking distance to Laketown Wharf). Guests and visitors can park and pay on the go through the Passport Parking mobile app. Parking is $2 per hour up to 6 hours or $12.00 for 24 hours. You may utilize these parking lots for a weekly rate, as well, for $84.00.
