How to Book:
✔️ 15% due at booking; balance due 30 days before arrival

✔️ Resort fee included in the reservation price — no extra payment required. A registration link will be texted one week before arrival to complete check-in.

Guest Requirements:
✔️ Anyone 21 and older can reserve this condo. 18+ require special permission. Please contact the Property Manager and ask for special permission to book.

Parking:
✔️ Max 2 vehicles. Off-site paid parking available nearby for extras

Monthly Stays:
✔️ Contact us for discounted rates for snowbirds & travel nurses (Fall/Winter)

Starter Supplies Provided:
✔️ Includes: dishwasher pod, laundry powder, 1 paper towel roll, travel-size bath items, and 2 toilet paper roll per bathroom
Security & Tenants

Use 6 digit door code provided to unlock your home. Door locks automatically. Laketown security team is on staff 24/7 at the front desk.

** Per fire hazard policy: 8 guests max can stay in this condo. If more than 10, security has the right to evict guests without refund.


Balcony

Please keep front door locked when inside the condo. Front door may slam if opened while balcony is open due to wind tunnel.

*PLEASE NOTE: It is against Florida law to climb, jump or throw objects + liquids from balcony.


Rules & Damages

Please NO SMOKING and NO PETS. Additional cleaning charges may incur if evidence of smoking or animals is found.

** Please report if any damages occur during your stay.


Trash / Recycling

Two trash chutes are located on your floor, located at the center of the floor and at the very end, past South Elevators.


Check Out Procedure - 10AM or Earlier

Place any used towels in washer, place dishes in dishwasher and start.
Dispose of all trash at the chutes on your floor
