• Guest Bedroom (2nd Floor): Queen bed – sleeps 2
• Bonus Loft / Second Living Area (2nd Floor): Full-size pullout sofa + Pac-Man arcade machine – sleeps 2

The upstairs loft doubles as a second living room or hangout space—perfect for kids, games, or relaxing after a day at the beach.

A convenient half bathroom is located on the first floor.
