    Questo condominio si trova sulle splendide spiagge del Golfo del Messico a Panama City Beach, in Florida. È al Summit di Thomas Drive. Ti troverai a pochi passi da ristoranti, parchi di divertimento, campi da golf e altro ancora. Le griglie sono fornite in loco se vi piace cucinare fuori. C'è anche un bar TIKI nell'area della piscina che è vicino alla spiaggia in modo da poter ottenere una bevanda fresca in qualsiasi momento senza lasciare la proprietà. Un bar e grill chiamato Bikini Bobs è in loco per il cibo

    Il Summit ha due grandi piscine per gli ospiti e vasche idromassaggio interne ed esterne! Una palestra si trova al piano terra vicino alla hall anche per gli ospiti!


    La camera da letto principale in questa bella unità ha due letti queen size e una grande tv a schermo piatto. Ha un bagno privato con doccia / vasca combinata.

    Il corridoio ha 2 letti a castello di dimensioni doppie.

    Il secondo bagno ha una doccia.

    Il soggiorno di fronte all'oceano ha un divano letto queen size, una grande tv a schermo piatto e l'accesso al balcone con vista sull'oceano.

    La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per cucinare un ottimo pasto!

    Il balcone privato è l'altezza perfetta per una vista mozzafiato sul Golfo!

    UNO DI UN'UNITÀ TIPICA AL SUMMIT CON 2 BAGNI !! (La maggior parte ha solo 1. 5)

The Summit is an overall nice place to stay. The individual condo we stayed in is in poor shape. The couch with a pullout bed smells like a cat has unrinated all over it so we were unable to use it at all. The beds are very uncomfortable in the whole condo. None of the outlets worked our whole stay. I messaged the host about the issues and got no response. If we come back we will definitely stay somewhere else.

The condo was clean and the kitchen had everything needed. But the beds and furniture were completely worn out. I don’t think I have ever slept in a bed that bad or sat in a chair or couch that bad. The only half way comfortable place was the two chairs on the balcony. Lordy, those beds and the living room furniture are tired and need to be replaced!

Room had mold growing in it and smelled like it. The closet is unable to be utilized because the bed is too close to open the door completely. There was no where to put your clothes. Furniture did not match the pictures. Furniture that was in the room was dirty. They offered to come re-clean the room, but that will not take care of the mold issue. Poor communication with the host. We requested MULTIPLE times to receive a phone call and management would only email us. We had to go find a new place to stay because it is not safe to stay in this condo. DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE!!!

Great amenities!

Awesome pool, tiki bar, and included chairs on the beach made for a great week! The condo was clean and the bathrooms were nicely renovated.

Wonderful week!

We will absolutely consider staying in this room again! The location was perfect. The room was spacious, clean, fully stocked and had a beautiful view of the Gulf. Check-In was easy and we appreciated the ample ground level parking. We really enjoyed having a set of beach chairs and umbrella every day and our kids really liked the pool deck.

Fall break

The 4 of us stayed for the week of fall break! Condo has a good supply for kitchen utensils to cook with. Washer & dryer is a huge plus for us! Good view from the balcony! Good water pressure for showering!

It was a good value for a great view. Condo was nice and clean. The only complaint was the floor boards were quite dirty. The pools were great in the hot tub was relaxing. Only one was available as they were under construction. Apparently they were replacing the banisters on the balconies, which gave to a lot of noise. Also, they’re building a Tooties next-door, which was under construction again, a lot of noise during the day. Other than that, it’s a great place and I would return.

Safe peaceful getaway

The property was beautiful, easy assessable to the beach the only flaw that I did not like is that the pool closed every night way to early @8pm. That was disappointing to my kids. They included beach, chairs and umbrellas was definitely a plus

Nice family rental

We had a fabulous time staying here this past week! My family loved it we made sure and took pictures of anything that was missing and reported it we didn’t have a lot of bed linens for the bunkbeds but we brought extra from home so no problems there. Also there wasn’t a hair dryer but Walmart is very close as well as dollar general. But all and all it was a great trip and we enjoyed every moment of it. The room was very pretty and the property had a bit of construction but I am sure they will have it all fixed in no time.

It makes do

The cleanliness and the location of this property was great. The only thing that was it was hard to get in the shower with warm water. It was always cold 2-3 minutes into the shower. The main bedroom feels a little cramped but it worked for us considering we were barely even in the room unless it was to sleep. It was definitely worth the money, atleast for us.

Beautiful Unit

Had a great stay but was unable to get the beach chairs that were mentioned in the listing. Tried to reach out on vrbo and by calling property manager with no response. Was nice otherwise just wish this could have been resolved!

The property is significantly outdated compared to the photos. Furnishings are slightly different. Many items are rusted and/or dusty. We lost water for half a day. Contacted the host and was told that was “a facility issue.” There was no assistance or attempt at a resolution or making it right. As you can imagine, having running water at a beach vacation is a priority.

The grounds are beautiful, everything you need is there on site. This condo was so disappointing, dirty, when entering for the first time, the smell of mildew filled the condo, we found a humidifier in the living room completely full, that’s where the smell was coming from. Visiting Panama every year, this was our 19th trip, never arrived to a humidifier and the smell in any other condo. It is very rundown and the furniture is stained and disgusting. To top all that off, half the living room didn’t have working plugs, so no TV. A maintenance worker came and tried his best, after getting shocked multiple times. An electrician was scheduled to come, never showed up. I was offered a 350 refund which I did not receive because I would not agree to not writing our experience, the refund was conditional. Management would only speak to me via email, which now serves as my receipts. I would hope the owner of this condo wasn’t aware of the condition of his unit, but this does fall completely on management and the owner. Maybe after my review, I’ll get the refund and the condo would be evaluated and all the problems and furniture would be addressed, but I doubt it. We would definitely stay at this resort again. but I’d have to do a better job of reading the reviews prior, after circling back, the reviews prior to our stay are not good, one even shows a picture of the couch. Lesson learned to really do my homework. We usually stay at Majestic in Panama, but I waited too long to book.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing due to the overall condition and cleanliness of the condo.The unit appeared to be in serious need of a deep cleaning and maintenance. The furniture is visibly dirty and not what is shown in pictures. The floors were so unclean that walking barefoot left the bottoms of our feet black. The walls, baseboards, ceilings, and flooring all showed visible dirt and neglect.The balcony was difficult to enjoy because of frequent marijuana smoke drifting from nearby units and loud music, including DJ-style music late into the evening. The balcony furniture was also extremely dirty; after cleaning it myself, the disinfecting wipes came away completely black.The beds were the most uncomfortable we've experienced, with noticeable lumps and springs that could be felt through the mattress. The Wi-Fi service was unreliable throughout our stay.Additional concerns included mold on the balcony curtains and in multiple areas of the condo, a lack of bedroom curtains (making it impossible to block out early morning sunlight), and even chewed gum attached to one of the headboards.Overall, the condo appears to need significant cleaning, updating, and attention to maintenance before anyone should consider staying here.

Or stay with the summit room 1111 was very disappointing upon arriving we noticed right off how dirty and old and outdated. The condo was. There were outlets that were pulled away from the wall. The master bedroom the bed was not attached to the wall and kept moving. There was mold all around the bottom of the shower and the commode sliding glass door had fingerprints and sunscreen I believe on it the microwave had not been cleaned the dining room table was black. I used Lysol wipes on it and it was filthy. The furniture was so dirty. I put a sheet on it before I sat on the couch. The furniture out on the balcony was filthy. Couldn’t tell you the last time it had been cleaned. I used a bunch of Lysol wipes on it to get it clean enough to sit out there and enjoy it. We went to Walmart and bought cleaning supplies. I swept and mopped the floors and used Lysol wipes all over the counters. I would not recommend anyone staying here. We reached out to the property manager and all she could do is apologize and say i can send the cleaning crew well I had already cleaned. Why would I want that? There was no compensation they offered us a late checkout and that’s all ,they did. Send Maintenance to work on the outlets. Oh, and you couldn’t use the deadbolt for the door because it locked you in and you couldn’t get it open so if you’re thinking of going to the summit and staying in room 1111, please rethink that because you won’t be happy. disappointed vacationers.!

Will not stay here again

Disappointed in how dirty the unit was. It really needs a deep cleaning. Mold throughout the bathroom. Went to use a cup (We always was dishes prior to using them to ensure they are cleaned to our standards), when I pulled it out of the cabinet and took the lid off it was obvious it had not been washed. The beds were horrible. I even slept on a bunk bed one night trying to get a good night sleep. The complex was great. I highly recommend the on site restaurant Bikini Bob's for lunch.

The condo had a moldy and humid smell. The whole entire condo is old. The furniture is old, the walls are dirty. Water Faucets were rusty. When showering the water will spill outside the floor and make a water mess around the toilet. The shower head had a lot of water pressure. Elevators almost never worked. You had lines of people waiting a long time to get into the elevator. The Summit has a good location. But the whole place is just falling apart. Staff is not friendly or accommodating. I don’t recommend anyone to spent your money here at all. I wish I can get my money back this stay was one of my worst ones and I been coming to Panama City beach for 12 yrs.
