Perfect Location

The room was perfect for my husband and I. The view was beautiful and we were very close to the pool and beach. You could walk to Pineapple Willys restaurant which was excellent food and service. Very safe area with gated community which we loved. Would stay again.

Great View.

Only cleanliness complaint we had was the floors need to b mopped better. Our feet were dirty from walking barefoot. Condo could use little paint. We had toilet issue that was quickly taken care of. We knew we had to pay30 for parking but love the location.

Good for the Money

There was no Check in so that was Great. Keep in mind you have to pay separate for parking. Coffee table was missing glass and they asked i search for it. Shower was not clean wife had to clean it. Overall it was fine. Would stay again.

Spring Break Fun

First off let me say the trip was great! We usually stay on the Destin so this was our fodsy time in the area, and it's a nice place. The condo was just as described. Right on the beach and close to restaurants, as well as a WalMart. On walking distance if you really wanted to.Tgose amenities were super important, as traffic is bad around this time. It was big enough for 4 ppl as the listing says and the property was on the perfect beach location. Not too crowded, but still lively. The , pools are a little small, it still enjoyable as well. The heated pool was the smallest. There security around 24/7 which was big to me, because I left a lot of things on my car from shopping. It was right by the elevator so that was nice also . Communication with the host was pretty good as well. Our TV didn't work the first night and when we came back from shopping the next day, it was fixed. My only con would be the cleaning. It could have been better. The wall has a few brown spots like someone opened a soda and spilled out. The tib and toilet were spotless .I would suggest bringing your own cleaning supplies just in case and blankets/sheets. The ones they had had stains on them, and they only had sheets for the pull out couch. Will.book again!

Decent for beachfront

My stay here was decent. The check in process was pretty simple. I had to pay for parking and wrist band (30 I think). I was never checked once for a wrist band or parking. My room was pretty clean except for the stains on the bedroom wall, it looked like a soda or something exploded on the wall. I would stay here again as I’ve been staying at this property for almost 20 yrs.

Not clean but reasonable

We checked into the place and immediately were charged 30 for parking and 5 per guest just for wristbands for the place. The complex itself was very secure and overall decent. The condo room smelled like fish constantly and the bathtub was filled with a residue from hair dye that had not been cleaned. I did talk with the host and they did make an attempt to resolve the cleanliness issue but with little change. If you are on a budge and can overlook some details it is not a bad place to stay. They can definitely put the cleaning fee to better use because the room was not clean at all.The room does look like the pictures.
