Property Description
Level 1
As you enter the main arrival foyer on Level 1 you will be drawn up 4 flights with the stunning open staircase. The garage and private elevator also open to the main arrival foyer. The Private elevator entrance is located inside the welcome foyer. Private parking for two vehicles including a private garage. Additional parking available in front of the Residence. Relax you are at the beach…..The private elevator allows access on all 5 levels.

Level 2
The focal point of Level 2 is the massive kitchen with a 30’ island with waterfall edges. The island features 8 counter height chairs. It will become the gathering spots for years to come. Home Chefs or Private Chef’s alike will be in awe with with stunning features of this world class kitchen including 3 oversized sinks, 3 Edge dishwashers, 48” Sub Zero refrigerator, 48” Wolf range with 6 burners, double ovens, and griddle, All Clad cookware, Vitamix blender, Breville dual coffee System, Breville toaster, and Williams Sonoma glassware and kitchenware.
Adjacent to the kitchen you will find the bar and beverage center with additional ice maker, wine refrigerator and bar sink. Two gathering rooms are also featured on Level 2 with the West gathering area overlooking the secluded private pool and one of the many outdoor living areas. The Level 2 East gathering area is a cozy and inviting area to relax and catch a game or watch a movie on the massive 75” screen with the family after a day at the beach or pool. The second Level 2 East balcony opens to the Rosemary Town Center. A private dining room is located adjacent to the gathering area and features a huge dining table with seating for 10. The first of The Belvedere nine private bathrooms is located on Level 2. The private pool area and outdoor living space will be one of the main attractions of The Belvedere. The pool features programmable multicolored lights, fountains, and jets. The pool can be heated for an additional fee. The outdoor living area features a natural gas grill for you fresh catch of the day or favorite cut of meat.

Level 3
Ascend the staircase to Level 3 and prepared to be even more amazed. The Primary Suite spans the entire east side of Level 3. As you enter you are greeted by floor to ceiling Windows overlooking the town center of Rosemary Beach. The expansive bedroom featuring a king size bed opens to two separate bathrooms and a separate sitting room. Continue to ascend the stairs or ride the private elevator up to Level 4. Bedroom Suite 3 has a West view of Rosemary Beach and features a king bed, a large private bathroom with spacious walk in shower, walk in closet. Bedroom Suite 4 and Bedroom Suite 5 make up the East side of Level 4 and overlooking the Rosemary Beach Town Center Both suites feature a king bed, a large private bathroom with spacious walk-in shower, walk in closet. All five bedroom suites within The Belvedere are uniquely furnished and decorated giving each location its own personality and charm. Another gathering room is located between the Bedroom Suites and provide the perfect location for hanging out, watching a movie, or taking a nap. Bunk Room 2 features 4 additional build-in twin bunks and a hidden full bed tucked away below the staircase.

Level 5
One of the many focal points of The Belvedere is the outdoor living area located on Level 5. Spanning over 1000 sq.ft., this oasis provides 180-degree stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and all of Rosemary Beach. Watch the sunrise to the East, sunsets to the West or just chill while sipping your favorite wine or champagne, Level 5 is the place to just hang out. Moments like this should be celebrated. A large seating group is also located under the covered section on Level 5 and a bathroom is just steps away. Access to Level 5 is also available with the private elevator.
