This beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is ideally located near the Cabana Pool and children's playground, offering easy access to one of Rosemary Beach's most beloved amenities. With thoughtful design, comfortable furnishings, and a breezy coastal vibe, this home is perfect for families seeking relaxation and fun.

The first floor features an inviting open-concept living area filled with natural light, perfect for gathering and unwinding after a day at the beach. A spacious first-floor master suite offers privacy and comfort with a king bed, sitting space, and an en suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub.

Upstairs, you'll find a second king bedroom with its own en suite bath, along with a fun and functional bunk room featuring two sets of built-in bunk beds and a private bathroom—ideal for kids or extra guests.

Step outside to enjoy a private outdoor space complete with a patio table for four, a cozy sitting bench, a gas grill for family cookouts, and an outdoor shower—perfect for rinsing off after a day in the sand.

Perfect getaway!

Property is located in a beautiful neighborhood, with great shops and restaurants within just a few minutes walk. The beach was also an easy walk and having the wagon and cooler provided with the house was a bonus. The beds were comfortable and linens were nice. We will definitely recommend to friends and family vacationing in Rosemary Beach.

Our home was clean and comfortable. The location was great, very close to the pool and very quiet. So many great restaurants and shops and of course the beautiful beach are steps away.

Perfect stay!

We loved everything about this house and location. Right across from a pool and playground and tucked into a quiet corner of Rosemary Beach. The shops and restaurants are just a short few minutes away by foot. Will stay there again!

Week at the beach!

Rosemary is such a peaceful and beautiful place to vacation. The cottage was beautiful and fully stocked with all that we needed. It was great to have the bikes for riding around Rosemary and our trips to the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property manager was awesome and very helpful. It was a great size for a weekend getaway with friends. The location was awesome because we could walk to everything in Rosemary quickly.

Comfortable and Upscale Home

Wonderful stay in Rosemary Beach in this idyllic coastal property. The house is great - it has been recently updated and really has the feel of beach living. The beds are very comfortable, the location is excellent. The property managers are easy to work with and very responsive. A 5 star stay in a 5 star town.
