*Beach Access: Access is available through the gated boardwalk at the end of the east side of the street. Beach/boardwalk codes do not work for neighboring Elysee/Santimo access.
*Beach Rules: The private beach requires chairs and umbrellas to be rented through the designated vendor. No personal umbrellas, tents, or amplified music.
*Public Beach: Inlet Beach Regional Access, 438 S. Orange Street, Inlet Beach.
*Pets: No pets allowed.

The Mermaid in Inlet Beach is located in a beautiful, coastal community featuring a community pool and a dock for easy access to Lake Powell. It is located just off the east end of iconic 30A, the pinnacle of a Florida coastal lifestyle. This premier development is only a few blocks away from the largest public beach access in Walton County, 30Avenue for shopping and entertainment, Camp Helen State Park, and Inlet and Alys Beach.

Area Attractions:

Serving as the gateway to 30A, 30Avenue is located at the intersection of Highway 98 and east entry of famed Scenic Highway 30A. It is a lifestyle center offering exceptional restaurants, boutique shopping, health and beauty services all within easy walking distance of Inlet, Rosemary, Seacrest and Alys beaches.

“The Big Chill” is an incredible spot for dining and entertainment nearby.  The Big Chill offers something for folks of all ages and tastes, from tacos and tequila to wings, burgers, and shakes. A stop here is quick, tasty, and convenient, and comes with a side of entertainment at the outdoor amphitheater. It's a great place to catch a concert, sporting event, or a movie on the lawn.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
