Our beach front contemporary style condo will blow you away with it's thirteenth floor amazing Gulf view. You can see the beach from the living room, and dining area. Living room seating for 5 with a sleeper sofa and a love seat. Living room entertainment includes a large flat screen TV. Seating for 4 in the balcony over seeing the beach. Seating for 4 at the dining table with view of the living room and room for 2 more at the breakfast bar with high chairs.
Our all stainless steal appliance kitchen is fully stocked with ice maker, cooking & eating utensils, cooking pots & pans, plates & bowls, and glasses & cups... The kitchen is ready to take on your families favorite meals.
The master bedroom that has a king bed, big flat screen TV on the dresser, and in suite full master bath with new standing shower. Their is also a bunk bed in the hall near the full guest bath.
In the hall between the bunks and guest bath there is a closet containing a stacked washer and dryer. Ready for a vacationing family. Rent now.

Emerald beach has some very unique amenities which include the Bar/Restaurant that is located in the cross over from our huge parking facility. We also have an elevated Gulf-front deck with two tropical pools overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, relaxing spas, a children's water play area, a poolside hot tub, a fitness center, a shuffleboard court, and a giant chessboard and a game room.
Emerald Beach resort is the ultimate beach getaway.

Parking Notes: After March 1, 2026 resort is starting online parking registration. $25 per vehicle or motorcycle. Max of 2 vehicles. Please keep in mind the parking Garage max vehicle height is 6' 8" (and 6'4" on parking level 4) and there is no guaranteed onsite parking for over-sized vehicles. Oversized vehicles and trailers have to get authorization from resort for parking. No Scooters, Golf Carts, Rent-able Mini Vehicles, or Boats allowed on property.

Rented this condo for an extended stay due to a job change and moving to the area. Condo was well stocked, clean and a great view of the ocean. The rental staff were very responsive and great at communicating everything. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The stay was great up until checkout. The rental company has an automatic locking system to the room, check in at 4pm and check out at 10am. During checkout with about 30 minutes left in the rental, I took out the trash and go back to the room to get my luggage cart to head to the garage to find that I was locked out with all of my belongings, including my phone, locked inside the room with absolutely zero access to the room. Thankfully my family were still inside the room to let me back in. If not, I have no idea what would have done. Other than that issue, everything was fine but please be aware that the lock has a timing mechanism inside and being locked out can happen to you too.

Exactly what we were looking for!!

We were a little skeptical of being on the 13th floor because elevators usually take forever…BUT these were amazing! We never waited more than 1 minute! The unit was just a pictured, clean and cute. The layout was great and never felt congested. 2 bathrooms were amazing with teenagers! The view from the balcony was spectacular! We walked to a couple of places for dinner and that was nice! My husband and son took advantage of the free golf every single day! It was easy to book and hassle free! We will definitely book this unit again!

BLACK MOLD/Mildew everywhere

Black mold/mildew on ceiling in living room and half of unit. Property has potential but Four Star Condo services do NOT maintain this condo properly. This was NOT sanitary for our family. We will NOT be booking again with this company. Do your due diligence, and book directly through the actual condo owners who are aware of the conditions in their personal unit.

Good location clean condo. The only concern is the washer and dryer is too old. Also I don’t like check in at 4pm is to late we have to staying on the pool until 4pm but over all everything is great

Wonderful Trip

Very clean and neat condo. Elevators can be tricky until you learn where you’re going! Pull out couch was not the best but managed! Top bunk was very squeaky but fine when another person sleeping on bottom! Overall was a great stay! Plenty of extra blankets and pillows was nice! Great beach front view!

Wonderful place for the 2 of us

We really enjoyed our stay in this 13th floor condo. The elevators were SUPER fast! The condo was modern, clean, and equipped for our needs. Easy check-in/check-out process, and we also took advantage of the Early check-in option which gave us an additional half day in PCB.

Amazing condo

Our stay was amazing ! The resort it’s self was fun and had tons of activities but be prepared to walk ! The pools are spread out and you have to take a couple different elevators to get around but no biggie ! The master bed was AMAZING !!! plenty of room for our family ! The view was spectacular! My only complaint would be the pull out sleeper is beyond needing replaced, our guest couldn’t even use it and had to sleep on the couch or I would have left 5 stars !

Best Trip Yet!

We've came to PCB for years & we always stay @ Emarald Beach. I can say this is one of the best equipped condos we've stayed in. Pleny of space. Great outdoor furniture. Very comfortable large bed & the master shower was WOW! Great job! Keep up the great work!

My family with adult daughters stayed five days at the Emerald Beach Resort condo and had a great vacation. The views from the balcony were gorgeous! It was a short walk to the beach and pool. The condo was clean with two bathrooms which was a huge plus with four women. It was a short trip to lots of activities and Pier Park. Overall, we had a wonderful trip! Watching fireworks from the balcony on the fourth was the bomb!!!!🎇

Absolutely Wonderful

The condo was FANTASTIC!! We love the area as well. Beach area was clean. We will definitely add this to the top of our favorites!! Had zero issues, condo was very clean, felt like I was at home. Zollos Pizza across the street was delicious especially the naked wings!! Also Sharkys was a short walk and they also offered shuttle service. Bed was very comfortable we slept great!! Not one thing to complain about. Thank you for having us.

Good location near restaurants and attractions, the only flaws is that the main and sliding doors has worn out seals and the wind was too loud at night, but overall a great place to stay.

Perfect Babymoon

This condo was amazing and checked all the boxes of what we would want in a beachside condo. The location had a lot of walking restaurants and a delicious pizza place across the street. The beach was clean and the chair rentals were a little steep but worth it for us - $40/day for 2-4 days. The only downside was the elevators on our side, 2 were broken. But the 2 that worked were super fast if you didn’t have a lot of stops. Highly suggest parking on the 3rd level so you don’t have to worry about elevators and then using the stair shortcut to the elevators to the upper floors. Each night had a fun family activity, our son (11) even got enough courage to try his first karaoke night! We didn’t check out the Florita (sp?) pool but looked like a lot of fun back there. We hung out on the beach side pool which had a lot of kids to play with (spring break timeframe) and the bartender Alec from the Islands was awesome! His drinks were on point. At night the condos main bedroom faces the elevator area which I thought would be more noisy but surprised by how quiet it was - thankful not to have it roadside where a lot of spring breakers had loud music. Bunk beds were comfortable and easy for my kiddo to climb up in. Master bed was super tall but very comfortable. The master bathroom shower was very spa like. The balcony furniture was perfect and comfortable, great for sitting out and watching/listening to the waves. Overall very satisfied!!

Great condo

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is beautifully decorated with nice furniture, comfortable King size bed, and comfy couches, too. Loved the nice walk-in shower in the master, although with the step up into it, the ceiling is too low for a tall person to shower comfortably. We enjoyed everything else about this place except for one minor detail: they have a nice TV in the living area, but it's hard to see well because it's not big enough for the space that's between the couches and the TV. In other words, it's too far away from the couches to see well. With this setup, you need a bigger TV. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again, for sure.

Beautiful View!

Our stay was overall Five Star! The property is beautiful and our room had an amazing view. The decor in our room was beautiful. My only complaint was that the cleaning could have been a little better but it wasn’t terrible. Just some things left that should have been caught. We had a great time!
