We had a great time! This was one of the easier bookings we have had. The condo was decorated nice and made us feel like we were welcomed.

The view is amazing and it’s directly on the beach. The condo needs a serious cleaning and the furniture needs replaced ! We found roaches and while the owner took care of them same day we still found them later on in our trip! This place has ROACHES!!

Elevator situation is terrible.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I didn't enjoy this stay at all. Elevators made it unbearable and very stressful. No bathroom accesable without walking thru a sleeping area. There was no balcony access from any bedroom. No windows except the sliding door in the living room.

The condo was perfect size and overlooked the beach with a nice sized balcony. The kitchen was stocked nicely which made cooking in the condo easy. The beds were comfy. The only complaint was the living room furniture was terribly uncomfortable.

Wonderful stay. Condo has everything that you need to have an enjoyable stay including the added perk of the chair and umbrella rental. Would definitely stay here again.

Location was great, staff was all friendly, and it was nice having restaurant/drinks options available there. Only complaint was mattresses need replaced.

We enjoyed our vacation here everyone was friendly and helpful. The only thing is the room needed was a recliner and a good cleaning. But over all everything was great

While the booking and check in process was as expected, the condo was not. It’s listed as smoke free, the whole facility and even when sitting on the balcony smells like marijuana. Even the employees when you walk by them. The rug in the living room and chairs were heavily stained upon check in. The curtains were stained as well and had crayon on the back side like they hadn’t been cleaned. The air vents along the hallway and above the cabinets have dust all over them, like they haven’t been properly cleaned in a while. I have a child with breathing issues and my mother who came with us has emphysema and asthma. The dishwasher has a broken latch with no housing, there’s no place to insert a pod due to this. We came in yesterday evening after dinner to cockroach’s on the counter in the kitchen and in the bathrooms.

The place was steps from the beach and we had no elevator wait times. We did go mid August during "down time". The pools were clean, the beach chairs and umbrella were super nice. The extra bedroom with the bunks could use a better door and some type of dresser.

The property was amazing. Everything was perfect for our birthday getaway. Condo was amazing. Great views of the ocean and beach. Pool was a cold but we braved it and got in anyways. The host was amazing and answered questions when we had them

The condo was nice and clean. It was spring break so we had to wait a long time for the elevator. I liked that they had security. I woul stay here again.

Location was great! Size of condo was perfect but floors were dirty our feet were black i mopped the floors first thing. The elevators were a nightmare! Loved our beach vacation

Beautiful property

The unit had a great view very clean. Could use some more cooking skillets. The staff was very helpful and nice. Host was also great! Overall great trip with lots of memories. Would strongly recommend.

Great place to stay.

We went for a week around high school spring break from NY. The location is great. It’s slightly away from the peer so it’s a bit quieter but still walking distance to food and fun. Plenty of fun things to do at the building and easy to get to the beach. Tiki Bar prices were too high but we just didn’t get drinks there. No real complaints.
